They usually close at 9 and girls behind the counter started wrapping toppings up by 8 30 and when i ask for toppings they were making faces. Poor customer service

We took our niece for some frozen yogurt at her request. We were initially greeted by the smell of dirty cleaning water that was probably used to mop the floors. The scent was bad enough for me to leave if it were just me and I hadn't made a promise to get her froyo. Three ladies were at the counter filling toppings and checking people out. One greeted us with a very friendly "hello" and a salutation as we left. Another woman Swiffer mopped the floors, while the third disappeared into the back. Despite the poor smell, the location looked very clean and well attended. The frozen yogurt options were all in service and the toppings were full. Their special yogurt of the month is a chocolate hazelnut (think Nutella). They also have the classic tart, cookies and cream, cheesecake, strawberry, mango Dole, vanilla, peanut butter, cotton candy, chocolate, and so much more. The toppings included everything from fresh fruit (but no strawberries) to fruity boba to candy chunks. We had three 12 oz bowls of frozen yogurt with various amounts of contents and our total came to $25.

Stopped by twice. Well maintained, very clean, variety of flavors, and variety of toppings, which is all very appreciated given the dwindling number of well-kept froyo shops.

My son loves this place. It was very clean and very organized. The frozen yogurt options were plentiful and so were the toppings. The service was fast and easy and very informative. This unfortunately is an overprice option for ice cream or frozen yogurt I should say, but of course it's catered and geared towards getting the kids in and that's just what they do. I can't fault them for it.

the fact that they use a scale shows that society judges on price depending on the weight of something. I think this can mean more than just frozen yogurt and we need to put an end to judging something or someone depending on their weight. Terrible service too.

I love Sweet Frog! This location was well stocked and very clean! All of the machines were working. Staff was great and so was the ice cream. I hope they bring back the $5 days like they do at many other locations. It is very expensive! So I only go occasionally. $16 for two small cups.
This place is always clean and the staff is friendly. Their toppings are always fully stocked. A great place to take the family!

Went to SF tonight. They didn't have the flavor I like so I asked if I could sample a flavor which I've always been able to do in the past. Apparently they don't allow samples anymore. Their loss, I'm not going to pay those prices and hope I like it. Their staff was not friendly with the bad news either. If you have to give a customer bad news you could at least try to sound pleasant and sympathetic.
