They handed out the drink, and then we sat there waiting for almost 10 minutes for the food and they place a bag down on the counter and chat with each other. Then after 5 minutes they go “oh! This bag might be theirs”. They open the window and ask if it’s ours and then give it to us.

Ordered food from here for pickup from the app. Not only is there missing food(a Chalupa that was the whole reason I ordered what I did was just missing) and there is no way to contact the store or customer support. Even though the message claims business hours go to 7 and it’s not even 5 yet. Super annoyed to the point I wish I could return the rest of the food that I now don’t want to eat. Customer service for Taco Bell is an absolute joke. Don’t leave the drive through or store without double checking you have everything and have it correct or order through DoorDash which has actual customer support.
