Today i ordered at 1:36 PM using the kiosk and paid $13.08. I waited over 17 minutes and kept checking the pickup area — nothing came out. I finally asked the staff, and they couldn’t even find my order in the system. No apology, no explanation, and instead of fixing it or offering to make the food, they just gave me a refund — and even that was short. I only got $11.64 back. This is honestly ridiculous. I go to this location often and have never been treated like this. At the very least, they should’ve apologized or made the order quickly once they realized the mistake. Really bad service and no care for the customer. This needs to be addressed.

I used the drive-thru so I can only said my order was taken quickly, delivered promptly, was as ordered (no lettuce).
They always take too long to put the orders on the counter I made my order with the mobile app with time! And they 26 minutes I even asked them what happened and apparently this guy forgot to place it on the counter all my break from my job gone because of this people

I would not recommend eating here. They gave me the wrong food and had me hand it back through the drive through window after I had handled the food. This is a health code violation. Just be mindful when eating here

They need a food inspector to come out and evaluate this location. None of the food is at a hot temperature & I know that’s a major issue which can cause food poisoning. Customer service sucks & every time I try to give this place a chance it fails.
