ordered 3 chicken soft Supremes got 3 hard chicken tacos.
As for service, I didn't take it back because she was miserable and disgusted at the act of taking my order. I didnt want to risk spit in my food.
Food was OK, the guy working the counter area is lazy af though, couldn't take my order like normal places, instead insisted I use the kiosk which I've never used as I prefer human interaction over digital smart bs, all the ladies in back preparing food were very polite and smiley

Very bad attention, he said his name was Katy, there is a car in front, I told him to allow the car to move forward so that he could hear me better, he got angry and then the car moved forward, he was able, he didn't want to answer, I went to the window and he said he couldn't take my order. I had to get back in line

This is a really solid Taco Bell. There was a bit of a wait, but I NEVER mind it because the food was on point, done right, and fresh. Staff was super friendly, and most importantly, they nailed my order. Thank you to the staff for a solid lunch!! Shout out to those new steak street chalupas. Bomb!!
