First time trying this Indian cuisine and I must say it was EXCELLENT. The service was top notch. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala( spicy) and my husband ordered the Lamb curry (spicy) and let me say they both definitely had the spice level that we were looking for. We also ordered 2 orders of garlic naan and rice and they did not disappoint. Our server was VERY attentive as well as pretty much all the staff. The food came out quicker than we both expected. ( we were still stuck on the fennel tortilla chips that they brought out as soon as we got there(that's what we called it lol)but it was delicious along with the sauces. All in all this was a great experience and we will definitely be returning. 😊

I used to go here all the time when they were new several years ago. Food was fresh and delicious. I haven't gone in about 3 years as I moved out of state. Came to town to visit a friend and wanted to have my favorite dishes here again ... I was extremely disappointed. They added a buffet that was horrible! It's so cheap! It was only 3 small rows of food. One row didn't even have any food. So only 3 rows of food. More then half the food was gone! Bunch of trays empty with just sauce. What was left most was dry, cold or old. Rice was old and crunchy, chicken dry, and some fried breaded things were old and dry. I would like to know what it was but they had no labels on it. One dish was just sauce and bones! I am familiar with this dish, it's goat curry. It was one of my favorites! But there was no meat left in the try. Just bones and sauce. Our waiter never checked on us. I was out of my drink the entire time. They had lemonade and hot tea on the buffet but the lemonade was empty with just melted ice. So there was only hot tea. They never even can to take our dirty plates while eating. They just stacked up. Only when we asked for the check is when they finally took them. I would understand if they were busy but they weren't. Only 4-5 small tables booked our entire stay. They used to be amazing and now it was awful. Never going back!

Very conflicted. The food was good. The service… Not so much.

The staff didn’t seem to be in any urgency. Like getting the table utensils, water, or our drinks. We got our drinks after our food. And maybe if we didn’t need the utensils it wouldn’t have been such an important part of the table setting… But we got the food and then we got the drinks, and then we got silverware. Was itbackwards night?

Again, the food is good. But if you’re going to consider everything… Maybe not the best experience.

Unfortunately, they opened a little late on the day that I recently visited for the first time, and some of the food on the lunch buffet was cold, and the naan was not fresh. 🫤

Nevertheless, everything that I tasted was great! Service was good. The pricing is fair. The atmosphere was great. I love the decor and the traditional music.

By the time I left, the place was almost packed, which is a testament to how good it is. I will definitely return soon.

Tried the buffet for the first time Friday and it was okay. I think it would have been better to go on the weekend when they have more of a crowd and the food might be made all that day.

We arrived around 11:20 and the doors were still locked. They were still setting up the buffet so some of our food was cold. It seemed as though some of the food was not fresh and possibly from the day prior. The naan was tough and we eventually saw them bring out what appeared to be fresh.

The dishes that seemed fresh and hot were amazing!! I think this place has great potential and it might be a hit or miss type of experience. The Gulab Jamun is my favorite but it wasn’t available.

The staff were very friendly and I will probably try it out again but definitely during the weekend.

Tried this place for the first time after craving Indian cuisine for months. The taste of food did not disappoint! We ordered Chicken Tika masala and goat kadai, they are very generous on spice level so be aware. Spicy but so good! The serving portion and price are reasonable. The place is clean and organized! Staffs, including the owner, were very nice. Recommend 10/10. This will be my favorite go to place.

Went for the buffet. Starters were good. For the main course who serves only paneer biryani !! And plain semi cooked rice. There were more veg items. Chicken was leathery. Had a hard time fishing out the meat from the goat curry. That too was super smelly. Overall the restaurant was too reluctant to refill the emptied items. Would think twice before recommending this place.

I had lunch today with my wife and two family friends at this restaurant. Almost all dishes we had at the lunch buffet were superb and delicious! We never had such tasty Indian food anywhere near Washington or Baltimore! Their service was friendly and courteous!

Parking: Parking just in front of the restaurant!
