Went there for the first time for lunch. Got the steak and shrimp and fried rice bento box. Horrible, spring rolls were mushy, beef was tough, shrimp were tasteless, fried dumplings had I don't know what filler, the salad was just that.... lettuce and cucumber. I asked for dressing but they had none.Customer service was great as I had to ask for sauces and other dressing.

I hope the owner isn’t Japanese because quite frankly this is a disgrace to my culture, I could find more appetizing food out of dumpster, gross never coming back ?, please drive down the street to hmart for anything worth spending your money on or even edible.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the restaurant which made me feel welcomed. Cashier was nice. I ordered, chicken and shrimp teriyaki, along with California roll. I also got a strawberry lemonade. Everything was great. I wish the lemonade was more sweet, it was a bit bitter but still good. The restaurant was clean.

The chicken tasted like it was reheated or at the least been sitting under heat all day , the spring rolls taste like they’re from the frozen section at the dollar store and the raw salmon I received in my poke bowl smelled like it came out of the sewer ?, not to mention the crazy heartburn what I did attempt to eat give me, but hey atleast the portion sizes are good…

I went the first day the store opened and I really liked the food and the service, they offered a variety of sauces, the food was in good portions and had great flavor. I have been several times and I have noticed that the service has deteriorated. I always order food to eat in the store and they give it to me to take away, they have made mistakes on my order several times, they no longer give sauces, the portions are less and it is the same price. It's not the same place I've known since they started and I don't understand how they deteriorated so quickly in such a short time.
