I'm going to have to agree with Harris H's review a week ago. Today we both got two boneless ribeyes, and they were very tough, although cooked to medium. Disappointed. Not the usual standard.

Texas Roadhouse has very friendly and attentive service, which is definitely a plus. However, the food itself feels more like fast food than a sit-down restaurant. Most of the dishes seem prepackaged, and it lacks the freshness you might expect from a casual dining chain. The famous rolls, which so many people rave about, were surprisingly dry and underwhelming. While the staff does a great job making the experience pleasant, the quality of the food just doesn’t match the hype. It’s an okay place for a quick meal, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way for it for anything but a steak. (But the steak is quite pricey if you compare it to a non chain!)

We visited this location while we were visiting relatives. The waiter got all of our order correct. The tea was very sweet, the steak was very chewy and the hamburgers were cold. We had to wait a little while to get a table because they were low on staff. When we were walking out around 1pm it was very crowded with people waiting on a seat. Overall it was a good experience and the kids liked their mac and cheese.

We went to Texas Roadhouse to celebrate his birthday. The service was amazing! Everything came out quickly and perfectly! Our server Maddox was unbelievably kind, caring, and quick with service. I would highly recommend coming here. And we will definitely be coming back as soon as possible :) I couldn’t help but eat before the photos. It tastes just as good as it looks! If you come here ask for Maddox as your server. Just overall amazing

Two times ago we went and my wife ordered the ribeye, medium. First time it came out overdone. Second time it came I had worse. Third time it came out and since the kitchen manager cooked it, it was perfect. However the rest of the table was done so she took it to go. Went back a week later and my New York strip was overdone and tough and dry. I just ate as much as I could and called it a day. Once our favorite steak house, we will probably not be going back. We can cook better steaks at home for half the cost

Had to leave a review specifically because of our server Sophie. We were a party of 8 but from the moment she showed up to our table she was so sweet and patient with us. Never had to ask for refills and had no issues with our orders and we could tell she was busy with other tables. Our entire party wouldn’t stop talking about how great she was :)
