They have really great pork chops. We go there more often for them than steak. Love their salad and potatoes. Great food, great service and reasonable prices. Love it here.
Parking: During the busy hours it can be a bit harder to get a parking spot, but you can get one. However, there is NOT ENOUGH Handicap spaces. They should have more. Sitting in your car waiting for a space is not fun.

Really poor service. With three small kids, we weren't offered kids menus or booster seats. We were given bread but no plates.
The place was empty but it still took nearly fifteen minutes for the waiter to show up. Asked for water for the table and got two glasses between six of us. They got three out of six orders wrong (two only slightly, missing one thing or adding one thing, one dish completely wrong).
Normally a big fan of Texas Roadhouse but will find a different steakhouse next time.

Do not go to this location. My wife and I ordered carry out and after I drove 25 minutes to pick it up they gave me half the order and said they were out of one dish. No attempt to contact us or even offer me something else when I got there. We've had numerous situations like this including once bringing out everything except for one dish and acting like nothing was wrong. We keep trying because the food is good and we like the atmosphere but I am done giving them my business

Food was great tonight. Steaks cooked perfectly. Olivia was awesome. Great personality and attentiveness. The manager also came over to make sure everyone was ok.
I had a coupon that was emailed to me by the White Marsh location for President's Day, but the Manager at the Frederick location refused to accept it. Other locations like Westminster, Columbia, Chantilly never have a problem with this, as I have done this at a couple other Texas Roadhouse locations before, never an issue.
