Came here to celebrate my husband’s birthday because he wanted steak for dinner. The wait time for a table was short maybe ten minutes.. we waited for at least thirty minutes and still no server we never saw them so we got up and left. I did stop and told the guy who was calling people to be seated. He asked me if I wanted him to call another server but I told him no, at that point we were done and went Nextdoor to Chili’s where the service and food were great. We won’t be back to Texas Roadhouse.

Came in tonight and had the most attentive and amazing server. It was packed, and she still took very good care of our family. My wife’s steak was ordered medium-rare and it came to the table well-done, but she was proactive and said, “You ordered medium rare? And that doesnt look medium rare…” She was quick to get my wife the right steak, and my wife didn’t need to tell her it was wrong. She just remembered what we ordered. Hands down, best service I’ve ever gotten and we go to Texas Roadhouses all the time when we travel because my son is addicted to their bread and butter.

Very bad service, the waitress came screaming to the table and wanted to fill us with literal bread... They made a mistake with our order 4 times and in the end we were never able to eat what we originally ordered... I do not recommend it and would not return. The manager 10/10 because she wanted to solve it but definitely not.

For my daughter's 16th birthday I told her she could pick any restaurant she wanted to go for dinner. She picked Texas Roadhouse. There was six of us. The food was fantastic, and service was just as good. We had a great time. We will be back.

The food, service, and employees are all phenomenal. The only negative in my opinion (and it could just be a me thing) was how crowded and tight the restaurant is. I understand it's busy at peak times obviously but just walking through the restaurant felt like walking elbow to elbow at the club.
Very busy but the food is average at best & the waitress got our order repeatedly wrong...granted we're from England but I'm certain we speak the same language

First time in Texas Roadhouse, and I had bad experience. I don’t really leave bad reviews, I just don’t go back but the server that attended us, didn’t really care. I didn’t got her name but she was wearing a pink GAP shirt.She had a laugh when I ordered my drink (rum and coke), my husband got a beer and she responded “thank you for ordering beer”, next we proceed ordering app - cheese fries - that was going to be our daughter dinner. Anyways she forgot about the fries, didn’t even mention them again, since we work at a restaurant we know how it is but the thing that got me is that she was not around her tables, she was always in the back, not like other servers that I could see all the time. Like if you need them they were there!! My husband got one last beer and the beer was served by the bartender and stood on the bar 10 minutes before she appeared again and got the beer on the table. I paid her cash and tipped her $19 of $81 bill. I let her know that we never got the fries and she got us bad service. She just didn’t care.Food was great! But really bad service.
