Came here for my birthday on 12/5. I made them aware I can not have ice cream but I can have brownies and all of that good jazz. The manager said since I can’t have ice cream, they will not offer me a dessert but gave me a $20 off $50 coupon for next visit. I then asked if she could ring it up but just give me the brownie and they said no. Soooo I have to spend MORE money to have something for my birthday when you could’ve just given me a brownie... Then my food came out cold—the chicken was cold in the middle and rice was room temperature just about. I would’ve told the server but she barely checked in on us. I went to Glory Days for my birthday on 12/6 to have a redo of my birthday dinner since TGI Fridays ruined it and their manager let me get any dessert I wanted and he told the staff do not include the ice cream. Way better customer service and more accommodating than TGI Fridays. I do not recommend this place at all. Not even just because they lack customer service, but MY CHICKEN WAS COLD IN THE MIDDLE.

Absolutely Fantastic Experience at Fridays!
My wife and I stopped into Fridays and ended up having one of the best times in a long time. I ordered the Christmas Tree-O—beef sliders, boneless wings, and loaded tots—and every single item was spot-on. Hot, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. My wife went with the classic chicken tenders, and she loved them. We also shared an order of potato skins that were crispy, cheesy, and honestly impossible to stop eating.
But what really made the night was our server, Cheryl. She was talkative in the best way—warm, funny, and full of personality. She kept the vibe light and friendly and made us feel like we’d been regulars there for years. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it made the whole experience that much better.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

50 cent wings on Monday night! You can’t beat that price. The Whiskey glaze sauce is so good! The drums were good, flats super small.

Bacon cheeseburger with fries was not prepared right. Cold fries no bacon which later came on the side after i tried to get the servers attention who ignored me and kept talking at the pos station. The burger was definitely not fresh as if it was frozen. No customer service as a former server at tgif I expected better. Won't be returning here

High chairs are sticky and dirty. The straps are so gross you don’t even want to touch them, not to mention it’s almost impossible to even use the strap because of the design. They also don’t even fit under their tables due to the legs on the table. The changing table in the bathroom is so flimsy no one should put an infant on there. It will break. The bathroom door was broken. The bathroom was also disgusting. We waited a very long time for our food, and we were a pretty big party. I get it. However all of our food was cold. The hostess was sitting on the trash can behind the podium while on her phone. I also found our waitress while we were waiting for our checks in the bathroom on her phone.

I ordered delivery. Ribs and fries were great, but I got broccoli that looks like it was prepared a week ago. The bottom of the stalks are black and brown. Not one or two, all of them. Absolutely never should have been served.
