I have frequented the restaurant numerous times and the service is totally unpredictable. Most times the service is subpar, waiting while servers are busy surfing their cell phones or talking to each other and ignoring the clientele. The appetizers are usually excessively salty. Their burgers and Cajun Spicy Alfredo Fettuccine are very good.

Restaurant was completely empty. The food took over an out to be surved. waiters completely ignored us when we asked for a children’s menu. After an hour of waiting Waiters knew the order was wrong, instead of fixing it they just said it was wrong and gave it to us.

Kamaria and Jason gave us the best experience at TGI FRIDAYS. Kamaria was extremely personable, sweet and very professional , she made dining at TGI very enjoyable for us. It felt like we’re eating amongst friends and not at a food chain restaurant. We’ve even had that inside joke about that 7% ;) hahah. I wish you all the best! We will definitely be back!

Stopped by on a long road trip as they were the last place open on our route. Server and bartender were polite. Ordered and app and entrees quickly. My entree came out cold. Sirloin with mash & mac. Alfredo for my husband was hot. Let the bartender know and waited around for my meal to be heated up or remade. When it eventually came out well after my husband was done eating, the bartender brought it out and let me know that the manager bagged it togo because they were closing. Should have just drove to my destination and not wasted my time.

We ordered the mush burger and Cajun pasta (our favorites), a long island and dragonfruit drink. Everything was SO FRESH tonight. Our drinks were deliciously strong and the bartender gave me the carb count on both my drinks (I'm a T1D) Our server Esteban was a master conversationalist and had our drinks and food out before we finished our last. All around a perfect Fridays experience, especially on a Saturday :)
Just dined here with a friend, and our waiter Tatianna gave us a really wonderful experience. She was knowledgeable of the menu so she gave us really good stuff based off her suggestion. Very helpful and charismatic, definitely would come back. Great steak as well
Fridays is Fridays. The experience is pretty similar regardless of which one you go to. You know what you're going to get, and there is a comfort in that. The last time we went, they did keep getting our order wrong (it was just appetizers), which was strange. It happened 3 times before they got it right. They were polite and friendly and apologetic. They did seem a bit busy and short staffed.
Vegetarian options: I think Fridays could do much better in terms of vegetarian options. You can eat here, but again, it's Fridays. Check the menu. They're all the same.
