Try the avocado toast with egg. It's perfectly spiced. Quality ingredients at an unbearable price. Yumm. ? And it's always friendly service, both Pregya and Rabi, who take the orders and prepare the food, are always smiling nomatter how busy they get in the mornings.

Best place to get coffee, smoothies, and breakfast sandwiches in Downtown Frederick as far as I am concerned. It appears to be a family run business. They are very polite, kind, accommodating, and provide quick service in a clean a nice environment. They seem to be one of the only coffee places in the area (other than Starbucks) that have coconut milk for coffee drinks (which matters to people who can't drink dairy or almond milk) but their coffee is so much better. Their iced coffees are perfect and their smoothies are made with fresh fruit and are delicious. I love the smoothie with mango, spinach, and bananas. The breakfast/veggie sandwiches are good also. The food is reasonably priced and consistent. I much prefer to go to a coffee/smoothie place that clearly appreciates their customers and providing a quality product, the Perfect Blend provides a level of service that is a rarity these days and much appreciated. I just wish parking was easier, but it's worth it.

Loved this cafe! We got the avacado toast and tuna sandwich for our meal and they were both really good! They will adjust spice level on the toast. We got chai tea lattes which were very good. You can even get unsweetened which tastes good too! The desserts we got were blueberry Madeline warmed, apple crumb cake and cheesecake were all so tasty and low prices. The service was the best! She checked if we wanted anything altered or changed.
