Great food with a very relaxing atmosphere.
Love this spot. I don't go out to eat often but when I do, The Pham is one of my top choices, especially if I'm in the mood for Pho.
I come here for the pork banh mi every time I'm in Frederick. Never have I tasted a sandwich with such an amazing blend of flavors so perfectly balanced.
The food is always on point here. The flavor is always the best around. Never hit or miss like some other places. On the down side they never give enough portions unlike their local competitors. They charge extra if you ask for a bit more and they are more expensive than the others around. The owners are kind. Sometimes making small the small talk is too much. But again the food is the best around as far as flavor. They hit the nail on the head.
I can’t say enough great things about The Pham! My friends and I were caught in a snowstorm and stumbled into this place, and we were immediately treated like family. The owner welcomed us with open arms and took the time to get to know each of us, which made the experience feel so personal and special. The warmth and hospitality were unmatched.
We all ordered the Number 1 Pho, and WOW— it was absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the portion size was generous. Everything about the meal was comforting, just what we needed on a cold, snowy day.
I highly recommend The Pham if you’re in the area. Whether you’re a pho lover or just looking for a cozy spot to enjoy incredible food and great company, this place is a must-visit!
We were looking for a new pho place to go on cold days. We liked the food and service was very friendly, prices are reasonable.
In the words of my husband… “If you’re having a bad day, the spicy beef soup will instantly turn it around.” We also had the beef, brisket, tendon pho and the grilled lemongrass shrimp vermicelli which were absolutely delicious as well. The owners were extremely nice and service was excellent. We went in with our two daughters (one toddler and one baby) and the restaurant was very family friendly. No photos because the food was too delicious that we ate it too fast. 10/10 recommend.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly.

Only open 4 days a week, Tues thru Friday, sometimes open on Mondays but not often, pho is second to none, no one can compete with their beef broth!

First time trying this place out the spring rolls were delicious, fresh and tasty . The mango boba tea was freshly made and the boba tapioca balls were still warm!!! Love that. The brisket and steak pho with grilled spicy shrimp on top with beef broth were delirious. And for the first time being here im definitely coming back. Also the owners were very friendly and happy to see me and were happy to serve me. 10/10

This place had great potential with their delicious pho and fantastic bahn mi’s. This year alone I’ve tried to come eat at this place for the last four times and every single time they are closed. Last year as well they seem to be closed a few times as well. I can’t recommend them unfortunately due to constant closings. Save your money and go to modern Asia! They are open
