Im in downtown often, and I’ll stop by to enjoy the diverse and unique selection of teas. My customer service experience has been positive and high-energy. Fun store

Good place for different tea blends. Customer service was very good.

They were closing so we didn't get a chance to spend too much time. But they offered a generous amount of brewed peach tea sample, and it was one of the best tasting teas I have ever had, even without any sugar in it. I would look for that tea if I visit them again.

They have a large variety of spices and teas but it’s not high quality, and the customer service was awful. Extremely rude clerk and it felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I suggest the Tea Emporium or Voila! in Frederick instead.

I can’t speak to the quality of their products, as I did not purchase anything, and have no intention to given how rude the clerk was.

(Edit: I am not Dan) Buyer beware. First off, shop is clean and well organized and looks nice. Went in to buy loose leaf tea, and since the place looked so nice, along with the prices, assumed to be buying a high quality product. Nope! We bought 50$ worth of tea and once we get home we realize it has artificial flavors and sulfites! Each tea bag was 13$+ dollars… and not even organic. You think when something is so expensive you shouldn’t have to worry about anything being artificial in it. You THINK you’re buying high quality product. Joke is on us.
Thankfully, we were able to return everything even though the sales clerk gave a bunch of attitude and sighing. I’m sorry, but I am not paying so much for such bad quality. Edit: looking back at the reviews, this was actually the owner of the place and he gives terrible customer service across the board
Go to MOMs or common market. They sell ORGANIC fair trade tea for less than 2$ for same bag size. And it’s great.

I adore this little spot. it has such a good variety and i love how they sell spices as well as tea! they also sell flavored honey and sometimes have samples of baked goods that have been made with the teas! they also have a small cafe in the back where you can get a tea or hot drink made! i love it here. the staff is always so friendly! my personal recommendations are the blue raspberry crush herbal tea and the Mystic dragon green tea! i highly recommend this place!

This place is great! You can wander around and smell all the wonderful tea and spices they have for sale. We each bought a cup of tea and loved it. Will definitely go back.

There is a tea bar in the back of the store. So many wonderful and delicious spices, teas, oils, and other things. The large smelling jar are the best.

There is something for the person in your life who loves to cook and loves their tea. Such a great place to shop and just simply looking around and smell the teas and spices.

This should be your first stop in Frederick, get a nice aromatic tea to remind you of the comfort and hospitality that this establishment and the area brings. A super wide range of teas, very impressive spices and peppers selection. If you grill, drink tea, or bake this place should be on your list!

If you like to cook, DO NOT MISS THIS SPOT. They've got so much amazing stuff in here. Really cool interior too. The prices are pretty reasonable too. Great business, in a good location too.
