Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This location is the worst tropical smoothie I’ve ever been too. The customer service is horrible. Then on top of that it always takes 15min just sitting in the drive-thru for a smoothie.

Ordered a bowl, waited there 50 minutes. Asked about it a few times and said they were making it. Finally told me they were out of that bowl.
Couldn’t process a refund because I didn’t bring the card used for the purchase.

Ordered 3 bowls. Two were done when we got there, third took another 40 minutes.
Need a better process.

I came in the drive through for a bowl, tried to substitute the no coconut for fruit but instead they added two portions of extra fruit which is not what I asked for. Of course I didn’t think much of the price that was said because I assumed they just upped their prices, I get my receipt and then learn that they put those two extra portions so I’m paying 14 dollars for a small bowl with “extra fruit” which i didn’t ask for. Then since I already paid they can’t do anything about it and don’t offer me anything. Not my first time having trouble with the work staff here, but definitely not planning on coming back soon.

Beware going through the drive thru. Ordered a smoothie, gave the gentleman my card and he handed it back after processing my payment, along with my smoothie, straw, and receipt. After driving away I looked at my receipt to see that he took it upon himself to give himself a $1.30 tip, which I had not authorized. Unacceptable, and illegal. The ownership team should take a look at this, as I’m sure I’m not the only person this has happened to. I’m going to give my bank a call and let them know. I won’t be back.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I made a purchase this evening and the drink tasted horrible. I requested a refund and was told that wouldn’t be possible and was told to email someone. Yes someone. I wasn’t given a name or anything. It’s a shame because I’ve been to this location numerous times and I live close by. I won’t spend another dime here. The customer service this evening was horrible.

Smoothie was great, good service, parking not wonderful, but they’ve got a drive thru

Great for our toddler during a roadtrip. Good food. Clean bathrooms.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs, staff seemed welcoming for kids.

I use the drive-through here semi-regularly and it regularly takes upwards of up to 10 minutes (today it was close to 15) to get a single smoothie order. I never leave a review but people need to know this specific location is not somewhere you want to go if you need your food in any reasonable amount of time. This is consistently poor service.

Tried Tropical Smoothie Cafe for the first time. Very delicious and hopefully healthier than the milkshake I got at DQ the night before! I will definitely return to try additional flavors.

I love YOUR veggie hummus wrap. I normally come to this location for my hummus veggie wrap but today I foolishly ordered one from the Tropical Smoothie on Shorebird 👀 and man was I sad 😭 I mean it was nowhere near as good as yours. I had to come leave a review to tell you 💚. Please keep making your veggie hummus wraps the same way and I'm sorry I didn't realize just how great they really are until today 😭 😂

P.S. smoothies are always delicious too but those wraps got a choke hold on me 😆

Giving this review specifically for Brandon. He is the nicest! I remember him every time I go and he said he remembered me too. He has such great customer service and he’s so friendly in the drive through! Definitely should be employee of the month… like every month.
