I use the drive-through here semi-regularly and it regularly takes upwards of up to 10 minutes (today it was close to 15) to get a single smoothie order. I never leave a review but people need to know this specific location is not somewhere you want to go if you need your food in any reasonable amount of time. This is consistently poor service.

Tried Tropical Smoothie Cafe for the first time. Very delicious and hopefully healthier than the milkshake I got at DQ the night before! I will definitely return to try additional flavors.

I love YOUR veggie hummus wrap. I normally come to this location for my hummus veggie wrap but today I foolishly ordered one from the Tropical Smoothie on Shorebird 👀 and man was I sad 😭 I mean it was nowhere near as good as yours. I had to come leave a review to tell you 💚. Please keep making your veggie hummus wraps the same way and I'm sorry I didn't realize just how great they really are until today 😭 😂

P.S. smoothies are always delicious too but those wraps got a choke hold on me 😆

Giving this review specifically for Brandon. He is the nicest! I remember him every time I go and he said he remembered me too. He has such great customer service and he’s so friendly in the drive through! Definitely should be employee of the month… like every month.

I just moved to Fredrick and this is the second tropical smoothie I went to and I really love this place. They gave me extra of my smoothie without me even asking they hand delivered it to me while I sat down and the space is so clean and friendly environment too the staff was very welcoming very helpful.

Never visited this franchise until recently and I was surprised by the selection they offer. I had an Acai bowl and it was really good. My daughter had another type of bowl, I believe with oatmeal in it, along with some kind of peanut butter smoothie, and both were also very good. Service a bit slow, but the place was somewhat busy at the time we visited, with what appeared to be a lot of online order pickups.

Service from Management ( Brandon)and all staff was very welcoming and professional. I ordered the Aciai smoothie bowl which was put together well, fresh and delicious. I waited no more than 5 mins for my order.

This location has really gone downhill. My daughter actually used to work here when it first opened and it was nothing like this. Today, we waited in the store for 20 minutes to even be acknowledged while employees made online orders. We weren’t the only ones standing there, either. We have now been waiting over 20 minutes for our order which only included two bowls, not even any food.
