I have no idea how this place has a good overall score, I just had the most disappointing Indian food of my life here.
The butter chicken is completely and absolutely flavorless, tastes like chicken boiled in water with orange dye added, just looking at it you can tell something isn't right, it's very watery and not very creamy, and water and oil separate out. Chicken is definitely not grilled or cooked in any kind of traditional way, seems boiled.
Chicken Briyani had good flavor, but instead of pieces of cut up chicken, a whole chicken drum was just placed in the rice, the chicken was good, but so little chicken and so much rice, if there was more chicken, the Briyani would actually be good.
Definitely won't come back here, I've been eating Indian food for close to 30 years and I'm trying to decide if this was the worst I've ever had. Boiling the chicken for the butter chicken is just so fundamentally incorrect, just seems lazy like they aren't even trying to make good food, I feel like I was robbed of $45.

Great buffet, amazing food that is top Indian items and also some Mediterranean items as well. Quality in everything they do. Nice place that offers a lot and reasonable prices for authentic dishes. We had the buffet and we enjoyed the morrocan mint tea. It's an interesting concept where they do Moroccan, Indian and Mediterranean so well and enrish frederick culinary scene. The bread is delicious

Ordered takeout and arrived at the pickup time. The order was not ready, took 30 minutes more to get the order but still incorrect.
Irrespective the butter chicken was delicious. The chicken gyro was dry and tasted bad with no seasoning.
Update: I called the restaurant to inform them of the issue and they got my contact and informed me they would get back and never did

Their food is amazing, their employees are very friendly, but I have noticed they don't use any gloves while making their food and distributing it which isn't very professional or hygienic other than that it's really nice.

I am blown away how this place has so many 5 star reviews. I had some butter chicken, naan, and rice. Sorry but it's the worst butter chicken I've ever had. The chicken was bone dry, the "curry" tasted like water and multiple cubes of chicken bouillon thrown in. There was 0 spices added to it. I'm not sure how the color of the curry was red. It was as viscous as water. Naan was alright, not great but decent. Rice can't really be messed up.
I don't know if I got a bad batch or something, but it was so bad I couldn't finish it. I would rather of had cold mcdonalds than this. It was my first time there and they gave us a free rice pudding desert though! My sister liked it, not my thing but it was ok. The people there were nice, I think they were the owners. Only hope the best for them. I may come back sometime to see if it changed.
