Special ordered 4 well done baguettes for a French wine and cheese tasting we hosted for friends. Coming from my French husband, “Andrew freaking nailed it!!” They were perfect, crispy, and delicious!! Do not sleep on the more well done baguettes!!
I went to their downtown farmers market location today and bought the classic loaf and polish rye. I really wanted to like them but sadly the bread is too dense especially the polish rye. not sure if its the natural fermentation but the bread is underproof causing it to be super dense.
The best bread + people. Hands down.
