Food was mediocre; I would love to see UNO’s go back to the longer cooked deep dish pizzas, which take 25-35 minutes to make, it would be well worth it and taste better. Service provider was new, but kind and great.

Overall the food was good. Nothing amazing but nothing really bad. The waitress was great, but they had a computer glitch which caused them to not be able to submit orders for almost 30 minutes. I guess technology has gotten to the point where it is not possible to write it on paper, give it to the cooks, and then put it in the computer once it is back up again.

We waited over 12 min and the waitress only came to get our drink order as we were getting up to go to the bar (hoping to get faster service.) but to no avail… no one ever came there either after 6minutes. As we were leaving we asked the hostess what the deal is, and she apologized and said they have limited staff… that is something they should say before they seat you. There is an expectation when you go to a restaurant to eat that you will be tended to at least within 5-6 minutes. This was totally unacceptable and this establishment will never get our dollars again. Communication is key, had the hostess explained the situation I probably would have adjusted my expectations and still sat down. But just leaving us at the table, no water, no nothing… never again.

The wait person brought us drink refills that were sweet tea instead of unsweetened. When I requested a correct refill, she told ne I had unsweetened tea not unsweetened. She started arguing with me.

Prob the worst restaurant ever sorry hate to say it but the food is microwaveable n not hot even warm when they bring it out the place is filthy bugs all over the windows I will never eat at another uno's in my life

Our all-time FAVORITE PIZZA. We go with the thin crust. Wish they would bring back the flatbread crust. It was yummy!! Also recommend the Caesar salad and sweet tea!!

Service was great, but both my girlfriend and I felt sick about 4-6hours later. We didn't eat anything else. I suspect the pizza was undercooked.

An unhappy waitress seated us. Thankfully "X" the bartender brought our drinks and took our order. He also was kind enough to clean our table as it was as sticky as fly paper when we were seated. I would surmise he was helping out,but appeared to do most of the work. The food was tasty but exorbitantly overpriced for what you get. An extra $10 for one inch of crust. I always wanted to try deep dish pizza. Now I have and I'm done. Shout out to "X" for going above and beyond.

The place was not very busy. Interesting choice of T-shirt for the staff. Not sure how I feel about it. The service was ok. The food was good. We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. Both pizzas were delicious. One pizza was on a cauliflower crust. The other was regular thin crush but very greasy. The salad was good with exception of the avocados which were too ripe. It was a nice place to catch up without feeling of being rushed.
Had a craving for deep dish pizza and went to Unos with my family. The waiter was extremely understanding and attentive, which can be tough with the different personalities my family contains. The nachos were better than most at Mexican places. The deli pizza was a pleasant surprise and the cookie and brownie desserts were amazing. $130 for 7 of us was also a nice change of pace. Highly recommend.

The service was good, the place was clean, beer was cold, and the food was good. Had a nice late lunch that was not overpriced. I would go back for sure.

I made an online order for pizza at 7:46pm and did not realize that this location closes at 8pm. I walk in about 8:05 based on time provided. I walked in and a young lady named Heidi greeted me and advised the location was closed for the evening. But I will be able to receive my order. She was very pleasant and apologetic that issue occurred. She is the only reason I am given this place 3 stars.However, to the MANAGEMENT team, please go into the system and set time where you are unable to take any online orders like 7:35pm so you will not inconvenience both the customer and staff.

Change your hours! 8PM on a Monday & 9PM on a Friday is ridiculous. You have a bar. A bar that closes by 9PM. Tried to come twice this week for a pizza but due to your lack of hours and not wanting bad food showing up 30mins before close I’ll just go elsewhere. I’m certain your sales are hurting across the board and this could very well be a key reason why.
