I was curious about this place since we use to go to CiCis often. But my family and I went to try it for the first time today. We walked in 20 minutes after the restaurant opened and there was zero food pizza prepared. Also the salad and pasta bar looked like it was from yesterday.

Very disappointing service and the food was not fresh, plates was not clean, asked for fresh pizza to be made yesterday 2-27-26 and they started laughing, me and my kids have been getting sick since eating there I am not happy and it’s unacceptable

Today my husband and I bought 2 pizzas from VIP Pizza, in Westview Center. We had one thin crust veggie pizza and one regular crust sausage pizza. The regular crust pizza was so delicious, I decided to write this review. While the sauce and toppings were great on both pizzas, the crust on the regular pizza was soft, fragrant and delicious! The thin crust was fine, but in my opinion the regular exceptional.

I was at vip yesterday. When I walked in the aroma from the fresh baked cinnamon rolls was astonishing! Even the pizza cooking was getting my attention. I'm not sure what has changed recently , but the pizza place is really moving up. Great food, service for a good price. It's good to find good value when eating out . I feel the VIP owners are listing to the customers and are making changes to meet our request when it comes to good food and experience. Keep moving forward .Great Place locally owned!

They are under new management so variety of pizza is not available but you can always ask a whole pizza for your table. I think they make them based on the amount of people there. Other than that very friendly and allowed us to bring in a cake to celebrate a birthday.

Definitely you should support your local neighborhood food shops. ordered a large special pizza It was very fresh, light and really good tasting pizza. Not sure why so many negative comments in here? The service was excellent, food was great could use a little decor but with time I believe this place Will do very good.

I enjoyed the pizza buffet. I used to come here when it was CiCi's pizza, and this experience was still exactly CiCi's pizza, just with a different name. (Which I didn't mind cause that is why I liked coming here) They were even still using CiCi's paper cups. The pizza was good but was more expensive then when it was CiCi's and still the same quality.
My biggest issue was the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet barely flushed. The game area smelled like dirty mop water, and the back corner behind the games just had buckets of paint, shelves, and other painting supplies literally thrown into a pile. The trash cans where you leave your dirty plates was literally overflowing with plates, cups, and silverware. Definitely needed another staff member doing more rounds to clear the plates. There was only 2 families, 1 group of 3, and 1 other person eating while I was there so definitely not busy on a Saturday evening. The kitchen looked clean as far as I could see from the dining area.
I would give the pizza 4/5. I would give the cleanliness 1/5.

Food was good, pizza was fresh, and like Cici's they were willing to make pizzas of our choice. Yes price is a bit higher, but unlike Cici's it includes the drinks. Over all not bad for what it is, and we prefer to support local small businesses when we can. Manager/maybe owner was a nice enough guy very pleasant and friendly to all the customers eating.
Went there first time on Saturday. Ordered xtra lager half cheese and half veggie pizza. Absolutely loved the pizza. The cheese, sauce, dough, especially the veggie were perfect. Went back the very next day and ordered the same ☺️. One of my friends wanted to try buffet options and confirmed that that was also very good. $12.99 for all you can eat is pretty good (included drink). Definitely recommend when in Buckeystown.
