Friendly people, food as expected!

It was our first time here and it was very busy. We have seen 2 families in front of us just sit down as soon as the other people left (so obviously the tables were dirty). We did the same but I guess the manager came up to us and yelled at us to stand up “we don’t sit in dirty tables so stand up.”. Then she proceeded to talk about it to the people in the kitchen. The other 2 families did not get this treatment. We felt singled out. You really didn’t have to do all that.. Just a kind reminder and we would’ve gotten up. The server was also very cold to us.
That was unbelievably unprofessional and unpleasant. We will not be coming back.

The staff were efficient and helpful, as well as attentive. The food quality was poor, but they made sure to bring it out hot. I remember there being a lot more food options at waffle house! Where did the steak and omelettes go? I was disappointed, but still made sure to tip the staff well, they are fabulous.

Went for dinner on a Friday night around 630. As expected the place was dead. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was stand Waffle House and hit the spot. Things could have been wiped down a little more, but it was just two people so can't blame them. Would go back.
The manager was awesome! Seems like a great team leader and very attentive to customers, food and staff. Although the place was a bit busy, our food came fast and it tasted good! Hashbrowns and bacon were crispy and sandwich was tasty. Place was a bit dirty tho, bathroom was ok. Staff was friendly, food was cheap!!
Kid-friendliness: Kid and family friendly, I saw kids having a good time there with their family.

They refused us service? My father and I walked in, one of the managers greeted us, told us to sit anywhere we like and that they’d be with us shortly. 20 mins of sitting and watching the employees scrub the floor, putting up decorations, and talking in the back of the kitchen we decided they weren’t gonna serve us. They were looking at us Avery few minutes so they definitely knew we were there waiting. We left and went to the other Waffle House 5 mins away. They were great, no complaints there.

The food was alright at best someone needs to teach these kids how to scramble eggs and stop making “adjacent eggs” as I call them. lol service wise, it was a mediocre impression of good service, at best. This person even tried to over charge me until a sane person who looked like a manger stopped them, the atmosphere became pretty annoying because this guy washing dishes wanted to have a conversation with me while I have my headphones in and I’m staring at my phone, trying to mind my own business at the bar and although he is splashing me with his dishwashing, I ignore it eventually I get tired of it and realize that that’s gonna end up on my food (when it finally does come), so I take the time to move over to the other side of the bar and what do you know it not moments later this peace of work is again now washing dishes somehow right in front of me still trying to talk to me. That guy alone made me wanna leave. And never come back.
I love waffle House. I’ve been to waffle House all over the entire country due to my work. I do not love this one!:(
