Sadly, this a very disappointing visit. Really unfriendly servers. Scrambled eggs had a lot of broken eggshells and beverages we ordered were wrong twice before the correct beverages were finally brought to the table. And the server acted put out that they had brought literally the wrong beverages twice and had to bring them a 3rd time.

Got told they're only doing To-Go orders and denied my service. There were other people around eating already, the man on the grill had a big smile like they got away with denying service, the girl sitting at the bar ignoring customers and talking with the grill guy, manager in the back counting money. So I walked out pissed, went to the jefferson st waffle house and told them what happened and if thats a thing. They said absolutely not and gave me the district managers number to call. So when I'm done eating, I'm gonna be giving them a call. That was absolutely ridiculous.

The wait staff were super friendly, but they got my order wrong. Since it was to go, it was kind of annoying. The food was great! I do worry about the oil that Waffle House uses.... and they use a lot!! This was a good experience but I feel like as a general rule, I wont be going there. Personal decision that has nothing to do with the service, but the ingredients (the oil) they use.

Don't know how this waffle house is still in business.They never have any servers if they do have servers sorry to be ignorant about it but there either HIGH or don't know what there doing foods terrible go to Jefferson at this waffle house needs to close down

Had such a great experience! Came for me and my boyfriend’s anniversary for breakfast and although busy they were doing such a great job. Especially Keilo by making us feel so welcomed and brought a smile to the face of everyone that was in Keilo’s presence. Will definitely be going again!
