We found this place by accident and, in doing so, found a nice little place to grab a good steak and cheese with fries. When you're done, you're in a beautiful area for a nice walk.

We tried Wags for the first time this weekend, and definitely will not be coming back. The food was mediocre at best - my sandwich was not just toasted, it as burnt on top, and yet still soggy on the bottom! The burgers were a little better, but nothing special.The main reason we would not come back is because the place was filthy. The bathrooms were disgusting and smelled horrible. We were seated at a the table closest to the kitchen, and saw mice running around in the corner. We told out server about the mice, and she didn't seem surprised, so I think the staff know they have serious cleanliness issues...

Amazing food, excellent service. Can't say enough positive things about Wags. Recommend for anyone visiting downtown. Keep an eye open for the entrance as it's about ten steps below street level. I had the Grilled Cheese hamburger and a cup of White Bean soup, both specials the day I visited.

Probably one of the Top 5 cheeseburgers I have ever had! I am a big fan of simple foods done right, and this fit the bill! Good patty, good cheese, good bun, good fries, good everything! Service and ambiance are great as well! Def a great option!

Service on the weekend on prime time is absolutely terrible. You’ll wait forever at a dirty table to be asked what to drink. And you definitely have to snag a dirty table or you won’t get a seat. But the food is delicious. We came during the week around 8pm and got a seat and served right away. We came about 4 times now and the food is so good every time. Absolutely recommend but definitely be patient
It's pretty bad that the so-called manager of wags restaurant could not keep the restaurant open yesterday. I was really looking forward to coming in and having a burger and fries. When I found out that they were closed I assumed that it was because the manager did not want to keep the restaurant open. Very poor management.
