My grandfather and I ordered two $5 biggie bags and I ordered extra fries with mine. It took forever to get our order and it wasn’t correct or warm by the time it came out. Half of the drinks listed on the drink machine didn’t work. My granddad and I both have a stomach ache after eating here. The staff did give us new medium fries when we complained though.

Employee at the counter that waited on us was rude and tried to give us the wrong drinks, then forgot our fries. Other customers were coming in the store from the drive-through, and they were missing food and drinks. They also don't have bottled water. The site dash drivers had long wait time and had to ask for drink carriers.
You have to pay in full because if you wait for change there is no change, they supposedly gave me a Coca-Cola but it doesn't taste like Coca-Cola it has a different color it looks like mine, this place is off my favorite list
This Wendy's is the best one in the Frederick area. Staff is friendly, food is prepared fresh and well. And restaurant is clean!

We usually avoid this Wendy's but I only had a half hour between meetings, so I thought I'd give it another try. The chili was pathetic. I ordered a large chili and it was literally vegetable broth with two beans and a quarter of a hamburger not crumbled. To top it off, the drive through guy was on his phone and talking to someone and was not interested in doing his job at all. I had to ask three times for my credit card back.

Guy working the speaker Scott should be fired for rudeness to customers and straight out unprofessionalism second no order should take 20 minutes especially not 4 breakfast sandwich 1 order of French toast sticks and 2 frys.i would know to i have done that job along with tons of other food service jobs
