Just came through the drive-thru and ordered a biggie bag which included a junior bacon cheeseburger, fries, 4-piece nugget, and also a sour cream and chive potato, and a large chili.. what I got was a biggie bag minus the chicken nuggets (although I was given two sauces) and a sour cream and chive potato minus the sour cream.. and on top of it my fries were upside down in the bag spilled out. very disappointed. Did not realize all of this food was missing till I got home....

Love the chili! And, the staff is usually pleasant. However, something (Crackers? Sour cream? Cheese?) seems to often be missing. Also, this particular Wendy's seems to have an issue with food not being hot.

Got the nugget party pack for $15.99.. however when opening the box we saw grossness.. MUSHY & UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN NUGGETS… not just one or two but about 15 nuggets were uncooked. I TRIED calling them and they did not answer. Mind you this is happening at 1 AM. The phone just kept ringing. Disgusting management 🤮 please see photos and tell me if you would eat this🫠

They lie to you and put on your receipt a pretzel bun but then once you get home and see a reg bun and call to complain they say "oh we don't have pretzel bun no more" just say you don't have it and we would have went somewhere else. It's pure greed, deceitful and RUDE. Shame on them!

This is one of the recent remodeled stores. But it needs some TLC already. Someone needs to be on dining room cleaning duty. Plus the one time we went inside the AC was broken and it felt like 80 degrees in there. But food is always good. Paula will hook you up with whatever you want or need. This is the only Wendy's we go to in the area. Might be slow service most days but it's as good as it gets with this one.

They seem to be overstaffed yet Not busy enough where I waited in line with Literally 1 person ahead of me for about 20 minutes. Food was the same price as every locationI had a coupon that didn't honor it but it's whatever. The food was fine however my kids were all satisfied with it.
