I’ve always liked this Wendy’s never had a problem. But today I asked for a tangerine twist lemonade. After being handed the wrong drink (it was yellow) and asking for my money back they refused and handed me this. Most definitely the dumbest store run by the dumbest people it’s not that hard to tell me y’all don’t have it. Don’t hand me a Hi C when I asked for one of special lemonades y’all have out there on the drive through menu.

This post is for the Wendy’s located at 5000 Buckeystown Pike in Frederick. I believe the Flynn Group owns this store. I have been trying to contact the supervisor for this Wendy’s location and the number the manger (Becky) provided no one answers and the messages are full. I went thru the drive through on October 25 around 1:30. Initially I thought the store was closed because the parking lot was empty and no one was in the drive through. Normally I would have not stopped and ordered from Wendy’s but my son wanted a frosty. We ordered 2 meals (2 #1’s, single burger meals) totaling about $25 and requested 2 ranch dips. Pulled over the dip wasn’t in the bag, so my son went in and asked for the ranch dips. He was told he had to pay for them. So I then went in thinking there was a mistake, nope!, said I had to pay for the dip. I explained I just paid $23.09 for 2 meals, one of which I requested just ketchup on. So should I have received a credit for the lack of lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and mayo that was not on the one burger. Wendy’s sales have been way down, you think retaining customers would be their top priority. We usually would have gone to chick fil A, who I might add always, always provides their customers with ranch dip upon request and hands it over with a courteous smile. We will not be back.

Don't usally eat fast food but skipped breakfast that day. Food was good, place was crowded but was in and out pretty fast due to it being lunchtime

Great service. Polite, and professional at the register. Food came out quickly and was hot too. Finished up my meal, and grabbed a Chocolate Frosty... so good. Counter seating with multiple charger spots and plug in spots too

On sunday july 6th at 630 pm . I was going to dine in at Wendy's. No one in line stood there for over 5 minutes. No one took our order or even acknowledged we were there. We left the restaurant and went to Roy Rodgers who had superior service. WONT USE THIS WENDYS AGAIN.
Soda machine in the dining area full of ants crawling around inside . Can't imagine what's inside the machine or in the back . NOT SANITARY AT ALL ...

Wendy's staff need to improve their communication, particularly when it comes to promoting current deals and special offers that could attract more customers to their locations. Given the economic challenges in the country, effectively sharing these promotions is more important than ever.
