Beware, beware do not eat at this Wendy’s they are serving old food. The chili was halfway full. The fries were old and cold, and halfway full the burger was dark, dark brown around the edges, and the bread was falling apart, as if it was old.

as I'm trying to order breakfast the employ decided to turn menu around from breakfast to lunch... girl inside said breakfast is still going... but couldn't see the menu and the young man heard my conversation with the girl and didn't care... poor customer service... left without food.. because your staff doesn't seem to care about your clients... so I will spend my money else where..

I went through the drive thru on Dec 17th about 1:45pm. The woman taking my order would barely let me speak. I was attempting to order a Dave's double with cheese and no onion. Before I finished saying double. She interrupted me to ask if it was a combo. I said no and attempted to say with cheese and no onion but I was interrupted. I then ordered a double bacon cheese burger and before I could finish saying that the order taker completed the order on the screen and again asked if I would like a combo. Again, I said no. Then I was asked if I wanted anything else and I said please a small lemonade. She says ok, I'll have your total at the window. I drive to the window and I'm handed a bag after I pay and no words like thank you or have a nice day. I assumed I was waiting on my lemonade. The sliding door opens and someone says did you get everything? I said no, I ordered a lemonade. At that time I looked at my receipt and was told, well you weren't charged for it. I said I would like a lemonade. I then attempted to hand my card to pay for my lemonade. I was then told, no you're holding up my drive thru line. That last comment really irked my because I was attempting to pay and never once did I get a thank you or please pull forward or I'm sorry for the mistake and I said please send thank you multiple times,!

I'm a big fan of Wendy's and was glad to see a new resturant come to my side of town, but after multiple issues of improperly prepared orders and cold dried out pre-cooked burgers , I've finally stopped going. Oh well, back to McDonalds.

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would, went through drive through and pulled over to check my order and good thing I did because they gave me the wrong order, then when I go inside and tell them it's wrong the manger told the employee they gave me the wrong order so I asked them to remake it then the sissy boy behind the counter not twice not 3 times but 4 times made the sandwich wrong I told him my husband was allergic to tomato's he proceeded to throw the tomato away and give me back the same sandwich. I do plan on calling corporate this is the worst service I have ever received and mess like this is the 2nd reason on why I don't eat at Wendy's!

I came in today threw the drive threw and order one of there new sandwich’s and I didn’t realize I was saying it wrong and the person on the headset yelled at me because I was mispronouncing it. It was a very rude experience and I would not come again.

Paid $37 (incl Uber tip) for 2 sandwiches. A small bag was left on my doorstep (no outer bag) with beverage on the ground and one sandwich missing from the stapled bag. Called and someone who said she was the manager, said the (stapled) bag must have been opened, and hung up on the call. I then had to get in my car and drive to the store to get my money back. Not my first negative experience, the whole atmosphere of this place is wrong, it should be as busy as the McDonald’s nearby and it’s not, and it’s because bad customer service! And wrong orders!

This Wendy's never gets anything right. This time I got two cherry cokes instead of one cherry coke and one regular. Than the employee has the nerve to get an attitude after he tried to hand my partner the wrong food.
