I won't go back. My food was supposed to be ready for pickup at 7:15. I didn't get it untill after 8:15. I asked the multiple times if it was ready and they kept saying it wasn't ready.
Well, it was ready, but they wrote the name on the bag incorrectly, so each time they went back to find it, they didn't see.
When I got the food, of course it was cold and there was no offer to make it right.
To make matter worse, the way the bag was backed, the sauce spilled to the bottom of the bag and so on top of having to heat up my food once I got home, they were dryer than they should have been.

Got one 6 wing combo with fries and have waited over an hour and still not ready. A bunch of staff but no results a bunch of people waiting for their food but no food coming out! Overpriced as well if I may add. Update when I got my order and checked my bag in the car they were missing an item so I had to go back in and wait some moreā¦of course!

I hardly ever write reviews but this place has really disappointed me. I used to come here all the time and the food was always hot, crispy, and most importantly: accurate to the order. The past few months it feels like something has changed in management. Now the wait times are astronomical and 4/5 times I pick up, my order is wrong or missing something. Lastly, the service is straight up disrespectful. I get it, its a busy place and the location likely brings in some weirdos but thereās no excuse to treat your customers this poorly. Iām sad because when the food is good, itās amazing. What Iām not down with is spending $18 to get dry wings and an eye roll. I really hope something changes because this place has potential!!

Never written a review before but im not happy. Food is good, service sucks. In the past the workers were very rude. Tonight they were nice but my food took 1.5 hours to come out (7 tenders and fries, not much) and they didn't even give me what I ordered.

more crumbs than fries, fries were sweet and the taste was confusing. wings were dry too no matter the flavor. they gave us 2 extra wings, doesnāt matter tho they were still dry. disappointing.
We waited over an hour to get our food, mind you we only ordered 8pc wings combo and a chicken sandwich combo. Other people who have ordered after us got there food before us. A whole family who arrived and ordered after us also got there food ate and left before we even got our food. My husband got up to ask if our order was ready they said in a bit but itās been over 20 minutes since he has asked and still no food. The cashier looked like he didnāt even want to be there.There were trash on the tables and have been siting there for over half an hour. I would give it negative stars if I could. Iām very upset with everything, I understand they have online orders but for our order to be the only one not be called out while others that arrived way before has been is irritating
