I got a completely wrong order. Called in to advise them. The “general manager” said are you sure? I made the order myself. Yes I am sure since I got nothing I ordered. I was met with the rudest person you could ask for. For her to be a general manager is crazy. Would not provide her name instead said I can come down and get a business card if I wanted to know. Instead of trying to rectify the problem she made it so much worse. I order often from Wingstop love their wings but I will go out of my way to never order from this one again.

Terrible experience always did delivery one time did carry out and big disappointment I was waiting on pick up and nobody asked me my name for 15 minutes the order was on the rack finally the guy with the glasses asks me and he didn’t even check the rack for it I still waited 25 minutes if it wasn’t for the guy from the kitchen noticing I would of been still waiting somebody tell that dude to be checking the rack eating my food cold thanks to the guy with the glasses

Never been here before, wanted to give it a try since we were in the area. My boyfriend got back to the car and didn’t have our drinks. Fine, I chose not to send him back in for those. But the food was already cold and we hadn’t even pulled out of the parking lot yet. He said while he was in there the person working was giving the door dashers a hard time. We got home (45 minutes away) and I was missing food. If I decide to give Wingstop another try, it will not be at this location.

I had a take-out order for my family including 3 kids. 5 orders, we only received 2 in the bag and it was cold and terrible. Would not recommend. They didn’t even answer the phone 3 times when we tried to call to resolve. So terrible! I had my kitchen clean and kids were ready to eat, then I had to cook and clean up again! At 8pm! The worst!

Service and food has definitely declined at this place. I've had times here where the phones are not being answered even after calling for 30 mins straight. They are understaffed.
Jahnae, and Shantanay are always so pleasant when I come into the store. They know my order and everything! The new team they have here in the new store is amazing. My food is always amazing, and my order is always correct! Satisfied customer everytime. Definitely the best Wing stop in Frederick

Would not recommend if you don't want to wait 45 mins for an order of boneless wings and fries. It took 30 minutes just to get our drink cups. Not a bad spot to go if you want to watch other people come in after you and get their food first!
