This Pizza Hut sucks it big-time. Every time I order, they f&$k it up. The pizza wasn't cut, the pizza was cut into random sizes and completely uneven, the pizza was soggy, they gave me regular crust rather than the thin crust I ordered, they completely missed an item and then thought I would come all the way back to pick up the pizza, they gave me breadsticks with zero pizza sauce for them, the breadsticks tasted like a$$. The list could go on. I believe I have ordered enough food from this location to know that no matter which $bitty employee they have on staff, they are bound to f&$k up the order in some manner. These people are rude when you call them to tell them your issue. They are also clueless. Worst Pizza Hut location ever! I'm done ordering from there. I could probably get a better pizza and customer service experience if I ordered on wish.com

The pizza quality has been slipping in the past few year, but this recent change has only made the situation worse. This branch doesn't have delivery drivers, they use a 3rd party service that they don't mention on the site at all. So while the tracker may tell you that your pizza is on the way , it's most likely sitting on a warming rack while a driver is dispatched. Every order I've received in the past 3 months has been been cold.

I decided to go with Pizza Hut because I had an email coupon for stuffed crust pizza. But when I actually went and order, my coupon didn't work for the store that is closest to my home... I decided to order anyways and even received a confirmation email. But when i got to the store it was closed and no one even pick up on the phone call. Luckily I put my order to be paid at store. Please do not accept orders if the store is closed! Worst Pizza Hut experience ever.

I visit this great restaurant quite often! This is the best place to pass a nice evening. I go there routinely. The meals are excellent, the workers are helpful and the cost is good. I like eating in this spot to have a good meal.

I have not had Pizza Hut for a long time because its just not the type of pizza I care for. But today i ordered for myself and an additional employee in the office. Typical Pizza Hut food. Mediocre at best. The delivery service was fast and online ordering was easy. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. The dipping sauce for the bread sticks looked like red water. It was very runny and had an awful taste. Bread sticks must come sliced before cooking because they were not cut and i had to tear them apart. Pepperoni pizza was they same quality pizza hut pizza i have known to taste, big chain basic pizza. For the near $20 i spent on the lunch i received, i will make sure i find another pizza place to deliver to me. The two stars were for the ease of ordering and timley delivery. If this review was just about quality of food, it would be 1 star.

As long as you don't mind paying way too much for good, real Buffalo chicken wings, this is the place for you. There's even a separate change for the carrots and celery.

Long story short, I waited an hour for a pizza that they never put into the system (took my credit card information, though!). They then proceeded to tell me that I called the wrong store (I didn't), and it was my fault for waiting so long to call them about my pizza. Go here if you like being verbally berated and not getting the pizza you ordered.

I have been ordering pizzas from this Pizza Hut for about six years and I've always gotten good service and good pizza. I especially like the Personal Pan Pizza. Great size for one person. The staff has always been very friendly and my pizza is ready on time, so based on six years of great service and delicious pizza, I give this location 5 stars.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I ordered carryout using my points with pizza hut from this location. When I got there I noticed an employee putting toppings on pizza WITHOUT GLOVES ON!!! I told the cashier very nicely I might add that they shouldn't do that let alone let people see them do that. The cashier had an attitude with me so I asked to speak to the manager. The cashier had an attitude with me so I asked to speak to the manager. He informed me that the person that was putting the toppings on the pizza with no gloves WAS THE MANAGER!!! I asked to speak to her anyway. Her name is DIANE btw! When I told her that she shouldn't do that she caught an attitude and told me that "IT WAS COMPANY POLICY THEY THE EMPLOYEE'S DID NOT HAVE TO WEAR GLOVES WHEN PREPARING FOOD" I think we all know that is a lie! I will be calling corporate because that is just plain unsanitary. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again and you shouldn't either!

This exact location makes me never want PIZZA HUT again!! Place a order online approximately @ 11:06pm pulled up in front of the store sat inside the car and watched someone make several pizzas , went inside the store @11:30pm cashier asked me was I placing a order or picking up., he told me my total and told me that my pizza would be ready in 1 min 5 mins has gone by he comes too the front and tells me he is gonna give me a refund back meanwhile I'm trying too figure out why is he telling me that he's gonna give me a refund back come too find out they never prepared my order I decided too still wait because everything in that area was close or about too close . I went back inside the car and waited he comes outside with my pizza @ 11:50 I get too my hotel room and the pizza is uncooked . Sloppy and the stuff crushed was wet . Long story short save yourself a trip very unsanitary

This is a good pizza hut for me they are close and convenient and on time deliveries. There pan pies which is all I eat are beautiful I used to work at a local pizza hut and have no problems with this one.

Unbelievably lazy.. you mean to tell me you didn't notice this when you took the pizza out? I ordered extra cheese on both. The entire middle of the pizza is missing cheese. Like, completely missing.
