(4/5 stars)… would be 5 stars if only Rayna were teaching sourdough and bread making classes. There are so many people who would be interested (especially in the slow season). It would be such a great way to build community for the permanent residents and tourists alike!

Wild Ember Bread is a brand new bakery offering a variety of delicious and homemade bread, like Bagels, French bread, and polenta pepita bread. The Deep Creek sourdough loaf is a must-try. The bakery focuses on locally sourced organic ingredients and also offers butters, spreads, and other items. Their baked goods are absolutely delicious—everything from the bakery is a work of art. The Chocolate Fig bread is amazing, but all their items are worth trying. A special mention goes to the Saturday jalapeño and cheese bread, which shouldn't be missed. Be sure to arrive early as they tend to sell out quickly!
