The road to this place wasn't even a goat path. Wouldn't take anything short of a side-by-side. Take a car or truck if u don't care about it. Other than that a beautiful place nice people. The view from the deck is to die for.

We had another awesome visit to the SRL Cabins. So serene and peaceful, we love this mountain getaway. While there, we also participated in a Club happy hour and the Lodge Buffet and both were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting with Mike and Jan, as well as conversing with other Club members. A close proximity to Frostburg, Grantsville and Deep Creek Lake.

Fantastic stay at Savage River! Service was fantastic and the accommodations were so cozy. The trails on property offered chances to hike with or without your dog, different levels of strenuousness etc. It was also very cool to become part of the Savage River community, with great gatherings during evening happy hours.
