I stopped by today to pick up a pizza. Stephanie was the manager. She is wonderful!!! She was training with patience a new employee and finishing pizza orders. She handled a wrong order with grace. She acknowledged every customer as they came in. She was above professional! Thank you Stephanie!

The takeout service must improve. The call-in/take service has always been lacking. I think they’re kinda stuck in the small town mode. Also, at this point using the pandemic as an excuse is not acceptable. Many businesses have adjusted and implemented processes to excel and provide great service. On New Year’s Eve at 5pm I called in a order requesting a 7pm pickup. I arrived 5 minutes early hoping to get my order right when it hits the pickup rack. The order was not ready,...read full review
