Delicious pretzel
I forgot how good Auntie Anne's pretzels are. Its been years since i had one. Couple days ago i ordered a plain pretzel with butter and a cinnamon pretzel and they were so fantastic. I ordered online. The delivery was great.
I had purchased 2 unsalted pretzels, and 2 cups of the bites. BOTH of my unsalted pretzels were hard as rocks! And one cup of the bites were unevenly coated and cooked! Plus the cashier had awful customer service. She was on her phone waiting for us to say something to her when we walked up. Pitiful.
Go here and get a delicious hot pretzel. I love lake forest mall

Occasionally, I enjoyed one or two pretzels.
I make it a point, if nothing else, to get the cinnamon pretzels at any location where I am at.

I love Pretzels from Auntie Anne's, however, this wasn't a great experience for me as cashier probably didn't know how to communicate in english.
The pretzels are good but not the workers 😒 One day I tried buying a pretzel 10 mins before closing time and they wouldn't sell me one because they said they are closed . And the pretzel was for my daughter. Next thing I see is that they put it in black bags and gave it to the Short Spanish cleaning guy. And I didn't see him paying . My daughter left upset because she really wanted one. The next time we go the same thing happens but this time the cleaning guy tell me "sorry they are closed" I said excuse me do you work for them. He said no and was waiting on the side next thing I see again is them giving him all the pretzels . I don't get why give it to him for free when there are still paying customers in line. Unless they have a side deal. So now we go to mont. mall better customer service. Also that Sarah girl is very rude.. DONT go there go spend your money somewhere my advise to you all.
