I forgot how good Auntie Anne's pretzels are. Its been years since i had one. Couple days ago i ordered a plain pretzel with butter and a cinnamon pretzel and they were so fantastic. I ordered online. The delivery was great.

I had purchased 2 unsalted pretzels, and 2 cups of the bites. BOTH of my unsalted pretzels were hard as rocks! And one cup of the bites were unevenly coated and cooked! Plus the cashier had awful customer service. She was on her phone waiting for us to say something to her when we walked up. Pitiful.

When I come to any mall, I usually want to visit Auntie Anne's. I love the mini pretzel dogs. The place was clean and a nice employee was serving. My mom ordered the pepperoni pretzel nuggets, my son ordered the mini pretzel dogs like me but a combo. He wanted a strawberry slushee. We left the mall and when we were driving back to my Mom's place, I discovered after two of the mini pretzel dogs that the rest were burned. I was very upset. My son had about 3 of his burned. So, that mean that the female employee who was there alone burned a batch and she camouflage the burnt ones and sold them by putting the good batch on the top and the burnt ones at the bottom of the cup. I will never return here again.

Poor customer service with order of strawberry lemonade. Running out of syrup and giving dregs it was a slurpy sloppy mess, instead of fresh. Guy just said , "that's how they told us to make them"
Earlier this week I went to auntie Anne's I ordered my go to the cinnamon sugar pretzel. When I got it is was as hard as a rock! I had not even paired for it yet and asked for a new pretzel because I couldn't eat it like that. The sales associate told me she was not making any fresh pretzels anytime soon. It was in the afternoon and the dont close until 9 lol! So I let the sales associate know I didn't mind waiting and saw another associate prepping fresh ones. The associate still said no I called the number and spoke to a manager named Sarah she told me it was a communication barrier and I could come get another one but the last clearly understood what I was saying and I was not going to drive back to the mall and risk paying for a cold hard pretzel.
