It's not the best but I does the job from time to time. This one cashier said that he can keep the change which if the prices aren't high enough and if they kept what they need to be in stock I'd buy another pretzel rather than give him the change

Great Customer service had a small issue as they ran out of non salted pretzels. The young lady made fresh ones. This is what customer service is about the whole staff was very kind and professional handled. Would recommend this store. Don't let everyone's own opinions steer you away.

After buying several things, I asked for a cup of water. And the RUDE female worker who had an AirPod in her ear said ā no water cups per our mangerā since when do you guys no longer provide water

This is a great place because the staff being very attentive , courteous, and overall have outstanding customer service skills. I will definitely go back to this establishment for a delicious pretzel or two. Love it!

My visit to this establishment was disappointing due to the poor service provided by the cashier. His attitude was unpleasant, and it was evident that he did not enjoy his job. Additionally, his loud and disruptive behavior was off-putting. I strongly recommend hiring new associates to improve the customer experience before it's too late. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location in the future.

I might contact corporate at this pointā¦..this has to be the worst aunt Annieās Iāve ever been to. Went out of my way to walk here and not only was the male cashier in a bad mood and rude but was a waste of my time. I had a coupon and he seemed upset I was even using it???? Donāt work for a company dealing with people if you donāt have the people skills needed to do the job. My pretzel was cold, hard and looked days old. Clearly all the reviews here are terrible and someone needs to put their foot down to get things in order for this location.

I had high hopes in this location, but this Auntie Anne's BARELY had any options on the menu. Fortunately, they had the sweet almond pretzel that I like. I ordered the last sweet almond pretzel and when I went home, I discovered the bottom of it was BURNT and it was inedible because it was so hard. I ended up throwing it away, what a waste of money.
