Overall awkward, don’t have set kitchen hours that they stick to so options are very limited. Staff is not friendly or communicative. Coffee was good, but this place is honestly just trying to be too many different things at once. Also the staff was talking loudly on speaker phone and spraying super potent disinfectant making it hard to stay and finish my coffee.

Food was great and the service was outstanding.I hate to admit it but I have always avoided this place because I thought it was a store selling dog food and treats; I had no idea it was a restaurant. We WILL be back!

It was quite busy on a Sunday. The patio hadn't been opened up yet, but you could order to go and sit there. We arrived without a reservation and were told it would be a 20 minute wait, but didn't get seated for ~50 minutes. Our server seemed harried. The crab cake eggs benedict was the highlight for us. The English muffin is toasted thoroughly and didn't get soggy, the crab cake was crispy and seasoned well. The breakfast potatoes were also seasoned and flavorful - just wish they had been crispier. The huevos rancheros was fine. The Werewolf in London was a touch watered down even before the ice melted.

Great coffee and food. Service was great and the atmosphere was bright and comfortable. I definitely look forward to returning. For those looking for a place to work away from home, there are few outlets for plugging in computers and parking has a 2 hour limit.

Super friendly staff, nice relaxing interior with plenty of cafe style seating. Get a seat by the window if you can. The coffee is very good. I went for the cappuccino but you can't go wrong with any espresso drinks really. Loved their Nutella croissant too, it was so full of chocolate it oozed out as soon as I took a bite!

We grabbed some friends and headed over to Barking Mad for some drinks and appetizers. This evening we sat in the bar. There are three major sections to the restaurant. The café, the main dining area and the bar. During the summer there is a large outdoor seating area and frequently there is live entertainment on the stage. After ordering some beer and wine, we ordered the Crispy Cauliflower starter. Very tasty and the Spicy Avocado side is excellent. In addition, we ordered two wood fired pizzas. We ordered the Mad Margherita and the Meat Lovers. Both were very good.Overall, service was excellent. Bartender was our waiter and did an excellent job.So even though we were in the bar, the dinner menu is excellent with a lot starters, salads, wood fired pizzas, burgers and entrees. I find the food here to be unique and elevated. Quite delicious. I have had the Traditional Lasagna and Beef Tenderloin and they are filling and very good.Parking is on the side streets and there are free garages. So come on down and try out the food, service and atmosphere. Give the bar a try, or sit in the main dining room. I also highly recommend the brunch. The Eggs Benedict is wonderful, but the brunch food is excellent.Enjoy!Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options on the menu all denoted with a VDietary restrictions: They have a lot of menu options that include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-freeParking: Parking is on the street, but it is tight. There are parking garages both behind the restaurant and across the street.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is on one level with no steps. Aisles are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair.

This spot offers a variety of coffee beverages and food options. I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was very busy. This visit was meant to catch up after a very long absence and maybe that impacted my thoughts that I felt rushed to order. I selected a coffee drink based solely on its name (Clark) and asked for roasted marshmallows on top like I saw on Yelp pics. I wasn't ready to give my lunch order but after two check ins to ask what we wanted I quickly selected the huevos rancheros. I didn't really read the menu and missed it came with a Sunny side up egg. Although, I would have requested over medium if I noticed it would not have been so off-putting if my dish was served hot. I wanted to switch out my egg, request Tabasco, and ask for a drink refill but after our order was taken I didn't see the server again until the bill was ready. All in all, I would consider a return visit (the coffee was tasty) but request to be seated in a different area. My lunch date mentioned immediately when we sat down it smelled like an old rag was used to clean, whereas I said I thought it smelled like a bathroom which was close to where we were seated.

Over the past few months I have stopped by the cafe a few times a week for coffee. Most mornings I'm greeted by Natalia, someone who has been surprisingly cheery and positive throughout these dreary winter months. I arrive at the same time as a few other cars visit the Starbucks across the street. I usually enter before the fresh beans have been added to the hopper and the espresso has been dialed in. Often before the doors are even unlocked; but that doesn't stop her from pulling a sumptuous shot. I'm confident in her abilities to deftly dial in a new bag of beans any day of the week. I walk back to my car shortly after. By the time I've slurped my satisfying shot of 'spress and situated my seat belt, I see the same cars I entered with still in the drive-thru. I smirk as I finally have an opportunity to turn through that horribly narrow intersection all to myself.

I love this Cafe! The staff are super friendly, food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is just the combination of classy and coffee shop vibes. It's the perfect place to take clients for consults and coffee or grab a bite with a friend. The board we got was perfect! Esthetically pleasing and delicious!

This is one of the first restaurants my husband and I have revisited since moving to the DMV. We enjoy ourselves a brunch with bottomless mimosas (warning: they're strong IMO). This place can get very busy, so I'd advise you make a reservation. However, service is quick and the employees are kind. The modern decor and busy ambiance create a positive and fun vibe, especially on a warm, sunny day. We have enjoyed the ranchito plate, but I do wish there was more meat to beans ratio. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Paired with a runny egg yolk...I'm salivating just thinking of it. The cheese pizza was tasty for a cheese pizza, probably because of the thin, buttery, and crispy crust which complimented the sharpness of the cheese. We'd never had beignets and these were good, but the sauce that comes on the side makes the dish. It's a creamy, citrusy, and sweet that I wish I could buy separately. On a separate occasion, we had the eggs Benedict and French toast. The eggs were perfection. I can't speak to the French toast because I modified it too much, but it was cooked well crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside, and not overly sweet.

Trying a new place and was pleasantly surprised, The Quattro Formaggi pizza was delicious and so was the Traditional Lasagna. Amazing staff and very great atmosphere! Well done!
