on this occasion they have enough staff The only problem that I see is that the staff do not speak they are mute they do not say anything and they are slow I think the manager has to train the staff better and this is a comment so that the chain continues to grow and have better results with clients take it seriously

The best way to judge a business is how they react when a mistake is made. This Baskin-Robbins location passed with flying colors. When I arrived to pick up my cake, it was not ready. It seems they forgot to make it. The person at the cash register told me to pick out any cake. There wasn't what we ordered (it was a custom cake for a special occasion). He said not to worry and gave me a quart of the correct ice cream. He also took the cake back and added the custom message....

The ice cream is always good. The chocolate chip is always a good bet. The Dunkin Donuts "age" too fast. If you buy the donuts early in the morning they are fresher. The donuts are NOT baked at this store. The donuts are delivered to this store early in the morning. Both fresh coconut and toasted coconut donuts seem to stay fresher longer. Seating area is small but cute and clean, and well lighted.
