This location NEVER gets an order correct. Do not order thru DoorDash cause they never have the flavor you want or they will just send you whatever flavor, which is what they did today. It’s messed up that I have to pay for something I didn’t want. Never again.

This location is literally always out of 90% of their flavors. I’ve attempted to order either through DoorDash or in person and there’s always some issue or mistake where I ultimately waste nearly an hour trying to figure out what flavors they actually have. What kind of ice cream shop doesn’t have ice cream??? Managed terribly and NEEDS to be worked on somehow. Replace this place with a Dairy Queen… baskin robbins is a mess.

I had order Uber eats and kept getting sent new people when I called the store I delt with jeb and she was such a sweet girl! Got me my order done and fixed and even a little note! Love the customer service!!

The kids were excited to see BR as the one next to our home closed some time back. To begin with the server, Adele was very rude and didn't want to attend the customers. We wanted to buy Ice cream for our whole family, but the 1st regular scoop that my son ordered was way too tiny, smaller than the kids' scoop. When we told her she was non courteous and kept staring at us like we were talking in a foreign language. We left the place. Their loss!! Not going there ever again!

This location is literally always out of 90% of their flavors. I’ve attempted to order either through DoorDash or in person and there’s always some issue or mistake where I ultimately waste nearly an hour trying to figure out what flavors they actually have. The lack of professionalism is beyond disappointing. The female employee that’s there is extremely disrespectful towards customers. I don’t understand how an establishment can hire people like them.

Wanted a banana split. NO BANANASBut the ice cream flavors I got was AMAZING.
Great ice cream, but not great service. Employees were talking about wanting to work elsewhere in front of customers. They didn't have hot fudge or caramel, which were on the menu. Ice cream was mislabeled, which was something they seemed to know about and just decided to wait to fix until a customer brought it up. They asked us if we wanted spoons, and then instead of handing us spoons, pulled a dirty box from under the counter and had us get our own spoons.

I never go to any baskin robbins but from my experience here I thought to myself, is this how they train the employees at every location? I was trying to purchase an ice cream cake for my family members are asked if they can write happy birthday on it. The lady on the register straight up told me that she had too much customers and said she had no time in a very rude way. I was flabbergasted and was silent for a second and asked if they do write in in the spot anytime and she said yeah but Im too busy dealing with other customers and told me to look at the amount of customers she had. That’s not how customer service works and didn’t even say thank you after I purchased the cake. Total disappointment and would never step my foot in that location ever again.

Worst experiance ive ever had. Order a birthday sundae for my sister and it came melted in the bag with none of the toppings i ordered. A 30$ ordered for a cup of melted icecream. Never seen such awful service.
