Eventually, the manager yelled at the staff from “Hot Pot Hero” in front of everyone, despite their attempt to help. Additionally, the staff at the tea place are consistently unfriendly and seem unwilling to engage with clients. Thankfully, despite this, the kind lady from Hot Pot Hero remade my tea. Bad tapioca and unmixed/disgusting matcha… so bad it made me cry… so disappointing! Plus the workers lowkey gave attitude, and I was trying so hard to like it. Couldn’t finish either drinks because they tasted awful

went there to get a brown sugar drink, they gave straight milk with regular boba. the drink looked like SNOW. there was no sugar whatsoever and it had absolutely no taste. it looked like they milked a cow into my cup. (straight from the udder to boba) the quality has diminished significantly every time i have gone, and i will no longer be giving my business to this store.

I first tried this location in late 2021 and the drink I got was great. However, each time I’ve visited after, the quality seems to have gone down consistently. During my most recent visit, the quality diminished. I ordered a black milk bubble tea and my sister ordered a brown sugar bubble milk tea. When they put our drinks on the counter, the drinks looked identical. It looked like they poured pure white cows milk into our cups, threw in some flavorless boba, and called it a night. Both of our drinks tasted like Costco whole milk (red bottle). After seeing their inconsistency the last few visits, I will not be giving any more coins to them.

Honestly, the brown sugar bubble milk was not bad for its price ($5.25). Ordered the brown sugar boba milk tea and that was a mistake because I didn't like the tea flavor The matcha crepe layer cake was meh, texture was not smooth like I was expecting Location joint with a hotpot, so the hotpot smell kinda took over. Unless I'm coming for the hotpot, i do not want to smell the hotpot.

Consistent delicious tea for dessert. The location is fabulous and there is dancing on Tuesday nights at 8 PM, come for a class. It's a lot of fun the venue is very nice and the staff is consistently friendly.
The bubble tea is good, not the best, but good. The service was nice, the employees helped me know what get and not to.

Love this place !! Super quiet on weekdays! I like ordering through app so I get points and a free drink after every 6 drinks. I love that I can stay in there to study. Hotpot hero is next to them so always get delicious drink when I dine-in there as well.

The best bubble tea I've found in all of Montgomery County! And I've tried it everywhere. I bring friends here and they say the same thing. Amazing, creative drinks that you don't see most places! The drinks are large and more reasonably priced than almost every tea place.Cute location with some indoor seating and plenty of places to sit outside in the courtyard across from it.Highly recommended!!!Parking: There are parallel parking spots in front, a small surface lot around the corner and a parking garage.

Great selection of drinks. One of my favorites would either be the black sesame slush or the mango sago slush! The mango avocado was definitely new to me but it wasn't bad! Might have to try it again another day! The location is connected with a hotpot restaurant so it can get pretty warm inside here. As for service, the drinks can either be a hit or miss though depending on who makes it for you. I've had good frozen slush drinks and I've had melted slush drinks.
