Bowls are good but the staff appears to be racist young girls. Never again spending my money here.

I love Berries & Bowls, it’s the only place I get my bowls from. However, ordering delivery from this location specifically, is a hit or miss. If you order an hour or so before closing, the employees are rushing & don’t care to get your order right. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I would just go order in person, but that’s not always an option. Tonight, I ordered a tropical spirulina bowl and was sent an açaí bowl with loads of random toppings. It was not the drivers fault because the bag had my name on it, but someone else’s bowl inside. The driver just picks up the bag they are given. When I called, I was told they can’t do anything since I ordered through Uber Eats. So they’re allowed to mess up orders & you’re just supposed to be happy with what you DIDNT order? They can’t even give out a Berries & Bowls credit for the inconvenience? I couldn’t get refunded through Uber because they said I got the order, which was not even MY order. This place is too expensive to be ripping people off like this. Luckily my husband ate it so it didn’t completely go to waste. Do NOT order delivery or pick up from here if you want to actually eat what you ordered ?

Staff was very friendly. Place was cute and clean. However, the açaí is blended with banana. I got the super fruit bowl which is topped with banana, blueberry, pineapple, mango, and kiwi on top, but all I could really taste was banana. The bowls here are more expensive and much smaller than any bowl I’ve ever had, so the fact that the açaí is blended with banana really turned me off.

Love the açaí bowls from here and really appreciate the tailoring that is allowed. The pina colada smoothie is very refreshing on a hot summer day.

Love this place! I stop by once a week! Only wish that there was one located in Frederick MD. So fresh. So healthy!

Now i tend to give everything a try and go in super optimistic but this extremely runny "smoothie" was not what i was expecting at all. I went in for a refreshing drink for breakfast and left even more thirsty. First time here and it looked super cute inside: decor and all. The hippie monkey called myname ingredients wise and especially with the little detail mentioned that it would come out in a tie dye swirl like color. The girl making it was new because someone else was walking her though to make it, poor thing even handed it to me a little shaky. As pictured below it didn't even look like tie dye and honestly had no flavor. i paid $8 for pure disappointment, maybe it was what i ordered but i'm personally not ever going to swing by there again.

I’m glad we have it in the Kentlands but if you’re going to charge as much as you are, at least make your fruits and vegetables organic please !

Finally got to try this place out and I really enjoyed it!! These bowls are similar prices to playa bowls and are just as big and tasty, if not better. I loved the spirulina base (it was creamy, not super icy) and got the rainforest topping, so good!! They let me swap the nutella for another drizzle, and they also let me try different bases before ordering. Great service and great ambiance, I'll definitely be coming back!

This is a cool little place in Kentlands! It seems pretty new but I wasn't sure. It's very chill and a great place go have a breakfast. There were a few other families there having a meal. I got a vanilla chia bowl which was really good and filling! We also got an açaí bowl which was good but felt like something was missing. We added a little honey afterwards and it was great! The service is prompt and prices were very reasonable!

Overall 3.75 starsIt's hot here. So, quite naturally, I gravitate towards lighter and colder foods. I think I'll have a smoothie bowl. Oh I know, let's try this place in the Kentlands that we've never been to but it's across from our fav coffee shop (Java Nation). Enter, Berries & Bowls. To order a smoothie bowl, you pick your base and then pre-selected toppings. I ordered the spirulina base because it was pretty blue color and the nothin but fruit topping. That comes with banana, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, mango, kiwi, chia seeds, coconut, honey. I asked to remove the coconut and replace it with Nutella. I was told that I can only sub dry topping with another dry topping, so I opted for almonds. I ended up adding Nutella anyway, but it was a little upcharge. The bowl itself tasted pretty good. It melted a lot quicker than other bowls I've purchased from other places. My eldest daughter ordered the Crazy Monkey Smoothie, which comes only in one size. It's made by blending together bananas, cocoa powder, peanut butter and honey. Texture-wise, this is SO much better than Playa Bowls. Taste and aesthetic wise, Playa Bowls takes the cake. That said, it tasted very "clean" and "heathy." My eldest said she also prefers Playa Bowls over this. Ok so here's why I really ended up between 3 and 4 stars. For a bowl that costs $12.99 (really it was 13.49 because I had the Nutella upcharge), I wish I could really swap ingredients. Same goes for the Smoothie. That costs $8.99. Additionally, all smoothies/bowls are blended with coconut water or coconut milk. No option for dairy or other non-dairy options if you don't want coconut.

Came here to get an açai bowl, but was very disappointed to find out they mix bananas in the açai base (to make it cheaper I think). The only base that did not have bananas was coconut. Normally we love coconut base, but not here. It did not even taste like coconut. I was only able to eat a quarter of my bowl. Wasted money for sure.
