Used to come here a lot and really liked itToday got two drinks, but they tasted really….badTea is really bitter and it’s like it has been sit there for a long time (old)….DisappointedUpdate: thank you for the prompt response and kind gesture. I hope you understand how this was disappointing from my perspective. This may be a onetime exception, and we will certainly continue to support.

I normally don't write reviews but this was so bad. I got a taro slush and it was a huge waste of money. Service was quick despite a line. So much ice, I initially thought it was creamy based on appearance, but those dots are ice chunks. Waste of $7.

I like to order their salt plums green tea w/ 30% sugar and less ice. It tastes so good at THIS location ONLY. I tried their 3 locations w/ this tea. #1 is Kentlands. #2 is Germantown. The worst is Rockville, tasted like water.

After a few years I've become a regular here. They've definitely improved the bubbles and toppings selection. They also have a seasonal list which is great for the locals who stop by often to try new things. The customer service has also improved 10 fold. I always get a cheery smile when I come in and feel very welcome. I used to be pretty loyal to the other bubble tea places in the area, but they don't have the quality ingredients and consistency I've found with Bobapop. It's nice to see they are expanding in other places in the area since kentlands becomes a sleepy town in the evening, I can still go to the Rockville location much later if I'm craving some late night bubble tea (don't judge me

It could be nicer as far as atmosphere, but young people love getting together there. The bubble tea was good, and there were so many different flavors! I'm just not into it as much.

Best boba pop out of all boba tea places in MD. Unlike traditional pearls, they have bomb grass jelly and some other thing that I don't even know what it is but it was delicious. Always take an out of state family to this place when they come over.

I have always loved Bobapop bubble tea. Each time I visit in town, I will stop by to get it. Yesterday I got a papaya drink. I thought it would taste like my childhood drink. But it wasn't what I thought it would be. Therefore, I left the comment. The Owner, Sam, contacted me this morning. I was surprised to get the call about my feedback. He is fantastic and listened to my feedback about the childhood drink I mentioned. It was amazing to know they care about the quality and service of their bubble tea. It is fantastic to hear how much research and tasting goes into developing a new drink. They are trying to make the drinks as authentic as possible. Thanks again for caring about your customer's feedback and making an excellent boba tea. I will continue to recommend your store to other people.

I had an appointment in Kentlands and didn't want to deal with rush hour traffic, so I came early and worked at BoBaPoP Tea Bar! There's plenty of parking in the back parking lot and also parallel parking available on the street.I was greeted right away by the staff, and they were SO nice! They let me sample their drink of the day, the mango madness milk tea, which I ended up getting. (I almost went with a winter melon green tea, so glad I tried their flavor of the day!) They also let me sample their white pearls, and I'm so glad I did! They're made of konjac, so that means less calories (at least from my research about tapioca pearls ). Also love that their drinks start at $4... I'm used to getting bubble tea that's $7-10 in Maryland, so this was great! As far as inside, there are 4 seats at 2 high top/bar style tables! Music is playing in the background, so not the best place to take work calls.Overall an amazing experience, and can't wait to come back!! Thanks so much for your friendly service, BoBaPoP Kentlands

This place has raised my expectations for bubble tea. I used to go to kung fu tea pretty frequently, but discovered BoBaPop. They have so many flavors, their Boba is consistently fresh, and the employees are always so friendly. This is definitely my new favorite Boba place.

Love BobaPop! This store is small, but it’s packed with flavors! Great service too!Grapefruit guava tea is my favorite. It is highly recommended to add an extra lemon shot to the drink. It’s the best! I also love their freshly brewed teas too! They are all good! All of their milk teas are great too! Taro milk tea and Thai tea are my favorites.Street parking can be tricky, but the lot behind the store is always open.
