The chicken didn’t even seem fried properly—the skin was so hard that I couldn’t eat a single piece. The sauce looked half-applied and sloppy, and I was shocked the moment I opened the box.
The pickled radish was mushy and tasted like it had gone bad or sat around way too long. Everything ruined my appetite, and it felt like a total waste of money. Honestly, even supermarket fried chicken would taste much better than this.
This place needs to seriously fix their quality. I’m never coming back.

Absolutely disappointed with how far the quality of food for this chain has gone.
The chicken quality is absolutely abysmal. It's basically a bag of store bought nuggets with almost no sauce yet obscenly expensive.
The Kimchi is basically what you get at a grocery store for the same price
The bulgogi is bland and fatty and also too expensive.
The white rice was fine, I guess.
I used to eat at bonchon all the time, delicious and filling but I think this is the last time I venture into this chain again.

Do not get the japchae. I got beef, it was $20 something, and there were 6 pieces of beef. The beef is thin cut also (like hotpot) so there was basically no beef and a ton of noodles. Profit margin must be off the charts.

We recently visited this place, ordered wings and tacos. While my kid started eating the tacos, she saw a dead roach inside the tacos stuffing and immediately she started throwing up.. not a hygienic place to eat with kids. We will never go next time to this restaurant.

5 stars for a casual fried chicken place. This is the best Bonchon in the area. The chicken is always good here, which I can't say about other Bonchon locations. The staff is stable, same group for years, and very nice.

This location is horrible. They clearly aren’t using the same recipe as other bonchon. Very sad the one in Germantown is gone and this is closest one. This location is ruining the bonchon brand. The chicken is soggy and flavorless.

Definitely not the same recipe as the other locations. Wings are soggy (something is majorly wrong with their batter) Seasoning is off. Don’t come here if you are looking for Bon Chon you’ve had somewhere else.
This was my first time at Boncjon, and it did not disappoint 💛 The food was AMAZING, and the staff was personable and friendly. My husband is a HUGE fan, and now our family is as well! Great job, Bonchon!

This location needs to do a much better job for the amount it costs to purchase items from this restaurant. The packaging was not sufficient, soggy and inappropriate material to keep food at good edible temperature. The chicken was over-cooked. Look at the grease marks on the bags from the chicken and donuts. You would think that they would have sent some napkins. The fries were cold, soggy and tasteless. I don't think I will EVER be eating at this location again, until they get their act together.

My favorite is Yangnyum fried legs&wings combo! Just the right spiciness for me~~ 😋
