I’ve had Boston market in some holidays since I was kid. The quality has always been consistent and I’m glad they brought back the corn bread. The food is always fresh and real which is nice. You get what you pay for. It’s better than fast food but of course not some high end sit down restaurant. Food has been consistent here for me.I was there on 5/9/23 and I do want to make a special callout to (I think her name is Mary). She is an older woman who was working there. While she didn’t directly help us she was HUSTLIN and I saw her go out of her way to help a family that was eating there. I always enjoyed the food but never figured to leave a review. Seeing her work motivated me to leave this review.

Boston Market was usually a good choice in the area. This place is where I used to get lunch for me and my daughter. But lately, the last 3 timesAt least, food has been very disappointing. Quality of the meat is dry and poor (it used to be one of the best) portions are getting smaller and the service is ok. Today I got a kid’s meal for my daughter and the food looked terrible. The cornbread was cold, mac and cheese looked like It was someone’s else left over , and the chicken was extremely dry and tasted like old food from a day before. Horrible experience. Please owners do something before the place goes down.

I ordered Uber eats delivery from here and it wasn’t good. I paid for an extra side of broccoli and it didn’t come. The sweet potato casserole is gross - it has some type of thickening agent in it like flour or corn starch - the Mac and cheese was runny and didn’t taste like cheese - chicken had no taste.

Even since management has changed this location has gone down hill. They now charge for their watered down bbq sauce that used to be free. Even McDonald’s will give you free sauce. They have increased prices, quality and portion has gone down. Sams and Costco have a whole chicken 5.99-6.99 better off doing that.

Boston Market can provide good value with combined coupons or discounts. We purchased a whole chicken plus three large sides for 27 dollars and it lasted us for 4 and a half meals, which is solid.My only complaint is they do not advertise price cost difference between the standard chicken with no sauce and the chicken with sauce for flavor. The sauce is rather expensive as it added about 4 dollars to the purchasing cost and we received about 6 or so oz of it.

I got last night's left overs and it was painfully obvious. The food was not fresh (most of it not even warm) and was definitely not worth the $25. Learnt lesson?

I can't continue to justify eating here or any other location where the food quality or availability has declined, especially when there are scores of local places serving Rotisserie chicken that do better. In fairness, I have always been treated with respect at all Boston Market locations, so that is not the issue.

Ordered delivery via Uber Eats. Build your own bowl (chicken, gravy, mashed potatoes & corn), side of Mac and cheese, side of sweet potato casserole. Really wanted to like it, but it was just bland, underseasoned and flavorless. Sweet potato casserole barely had any of the toppings on it. Lackluster meal overall. Not sure I'd order again.
I can understand why some Boston markets locations have gone out business. The price is way too much for the quality and quantity of food you get. The chicken was cold & the Mac and cheese was runny. Then they had the nerve to charge me .99 for a sauce :( Boston market is not what it used to be. This is my last time eating here or any location

I ordered the Family Feast and online it advertised that a Family feast consists of 1 and a quarter chicken but I only got 1 whole chicken. I called the store to tell them and Jose the manager said the family Feast only consist 1 whole chicken. I told him that online it does show and state 1 whole chicken plus a quarter chicken. I am ordered this meal expecting to have enough to feed my family and now I do not have enough. He told me yes the company needs to change their site. I am not happy with his answer because if the website advertise, this is what they should give you. Jose was not helpful and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. I will go to Boston Market ever again if this is there customer service.

For a fast casual dining experience, not bad. The place was virtually empty but the staff was kept busy with the drive thru and online orders rolling in. Cashier that assisted was lovely and everyone was up beat. Food was a little cold upon being handed over to us, but not so much so that it was inedible. Will definitely go again.
