Dropped in after a road trip to Austinburg, OH, to collect my sailing dinghy called OPUS. We had a wonderful experience. Our server “Jaen” was spectacular. He clearly knew the menu and was able to match my tastes and preferences with two different items. The “Yum Yum Shrimp” and the “Southwest Chicken Salad” were both delicious. “Marlio” who is the manger must run a tight ship. The service and food were exceptional. Great work!!

Extraordinarily mediocre food and service. Most dishes lack any flavor or ingenuity. Think microwaved lava cakes with no lava, and 'specialty' salads that are 99% lettuce. That won't stop them from overcharging though. They do get points for bangin' bangbang shrimp. Catch it during happy hour or else pay $15 for eight small pieces.

Not great. Food was either burnt or undercooked. Draft beer selection very limited. Attentive staff and very clean.
An absolute GEM! Great place to just hang out, Happy Hour here is magical, and trivia night is off the chain! Staff and management are top notch!
Visited with a group for Father's day brunch. Thr first thing We noticed was that the entrance appeared to be closed because of plants placed in front of the doors. This was confusing for several patrons but we all eventually figured it out after walking around outside and then back to the main entrance and pushing past the plants. We had a large group and reservations but we encountered a brief hiccup upon arrival - not a huge deal, but it did cause a bit of stress because we had small children in our party. After being seated for at least twenty minutes and deciding on our orders, our server waited until it was time to place our order to inform us that several menu items were unavailable. That information should have been shared when she brought the menus or water/drink orders. The delay in communication was a bit frustrating and caused a few of us to scramble to decide on alternate items rather than delaying orders for the rest of our party. Otherwise, our server was very attentive and explained that our food would be delayed due to the number of tickets ahead of us. Overall, we enjoyed our meals and had a good visit despite some of the frustrating moments. This was my first visit so the first impression so I want to share my experience but I'd try another visit to see how it goes.

Overall it was a good meal, some items under or over cooked.
Would give zero if I could. Cold food for a place that is dead is not forgivable. Smallest old fashioned I have EVER had. Not worth it. Avoid.
awful! we got served fries that had zero salt and were hard and cold on the inside. I complained and they took the same fries to the back and threw them in the oil! they came back burnt and nasty. the food was so under industry average. that also has to be a health violation to put our eaten food in the oil you cook others dishes in. Will be reporting to department of health.

This place was serving food at a soccer tournament last weekend. They had a menu with their prices, and I got a hot dog, which was listed as $4. The young girl asked me for $5, and I said the menu says $4. She said it's an extra dollar for tax! The next customer ordered a hamburger, which is listed as $10 as was charged $11. How is the tax the same, it just seemed really weird to me. And the hot dog was smashed and cold.
