Keyan was very pleasant introducing me the different flavors of ice cream and sharing knowledge of how the flavors rotate. He assisted me with the questions I asked and allowed me to take me time with patience. I appreciate his Customer Service Skills. Please extend my thanks and to tell him to keep up the good work!

Probably best ice cream in the area. Never disappoints. Had salted caramel with chocolate covered pretzels today!

OMG OMG...The homemade ice cream is to die for.. it was my first time here and I had the 3 scoop sundae...vanilla, banana and Dubai Chocolate.... I dont really care for chocolate but had to try it and I have to say...it did not disappoint. Thank goodness I don't live close. If I did, I would be there every week...

Delicious! Pleasant staff snd the nutty coconut is out of this world in a waffle cone of course.

The line was very long however, it’s worth the wait. They crushed the line and provided great customer service. The options are great, I visited from MA and went twice!

Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. They even gave our toddler an extra cup and spoon in case she spilled—such a considerate touch that made the visit even sweeter.

Presentation: The ice cream came in giant waffle cones that looked as good as they tasted. The generous scoops made for an eye-catching and satisfying treat.

Taste: Every flavor we tried was delicious—creamy, rich, and clearly made with care. The creative flavor options kept things fun and made it hard to choose just one.

Price: Prices were very reasonable considering the scoop size, and they even offered a free baby cone, which was a wonderful surprise.

Overall, this ice cream shop delivers on all fronts—great atmosphere, thoughtful service, generous portions, and fantastic flavors. We’ll definitely be coming back.

I usually have a great experience when I visit but yesterday evening the 2 young men working the drive-thru around 7pm did not deliver the service I usually receive. I ordered 1 kids cup of 1 scoop & 1 doggie sundae. When paying, the price was way over the norm. I asked if I got charged for a kids cup of 1 scoop, he said yes. So I paid, when I got the ice cream it was visibly way bigger. I inquired about it yet again & they said that was the kids cup when it clearly was not. They made up a lie saying the peanut butter sauce overflows & that’s why they put it in the big cup which doesn’t make sense. I proceeded to open the cup & saw 3 big scoops of ice cream. I asked for the receipt since they did not give it to me & for a good reason on their end. When I reviewed it lo & behold I was charged for 3 scoops. I do not like the dishonesty & they should not be working at the window handling people’s money if that’s their customer service. They had multiple opportunities to admit to their mistake but instead kept making things up as if I don’t order the same thing every time I come. At that point since they ran out of excuses, they simply said “do you want a refund?” with no apology for being dishonest. On top of that, the doggie sundae wasn’t even in the bag either. Double check your receipts!

Buster’s Ice Cream is a must-visit for any ice cream lover! The flavors are incredibly rich and creamy, and the portions are very generous. I tried the coconut and Dubai chocolate—both were absolutely top-notch. The taste was amazing, and the quality really stands out. Highly recommended!
We also tried their banana split that is 👍👍👍👍👌👌👌

Never disappointed. Great flavors, creamy ice cream, friendly servers and just a nice spot to get a sweet treat.

If using a coupon, make sure the employee applies it to your bill before leaving. I made that mistake. Also, make sure they ring up your order correctly.

I am giving the stars for the taste of my ice cream and docking it for what happened above. I did, in fact get the correct ice cream choices, but one of them was just rung up incorrectly as something else (not sure why).

The place stayed busy, both standing in line & in the drive thru. On this visit, we got a pint of ice cream - Graham Central Station in one and Rum Raisin in another. Be aware that they fill it to the brim, so your container may not be closed completely (discovered this when one of the covers came off as I tried to grab it).

It's all good. We still enjoyed the flavors.

Non dairy white raspberry truffle is awesome!!

Hell yea, it's so good! can get crazy busy, but it's great ice cream!
