Maybe it was an off night but I asked for cookies and cream and was told it was “runny”. Ok so I asked for mint chocolate chip and strawberry cheesecake. The mint chocolate chip was soft and strawberry cheesecake tasted like it had sand it in. The latter was one of the worst ice cream’s I have ever had. The experience was pretty bad overall.

It's already happened twice where I've ordered (drive thru) a regular waffle cone (two scoops) and I've only gotten one. I tried calling but had no luck reaching them. I'm annoyed bc i only get one flavor and scoop and it's not fair to the customer being ripped off like that. Trash service

I love Brusters and I’ve been coming to this location for years.Recently there has been a change in staff and they arent properly portioning the ice cream.I have seen the cones scoops get smaller and smaller with the amount going up. I don’t know if it’s just during specific shifts or that the new standard, but I hope they change this. I feel like I’ve been hearing more people complain on this issue.
