Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Hands down the best Bucca Di Beppo in town! Great service, great atmosphere, super professional staff. The only place I know that has that green pumpkin juice I so desperately crave. Does the great green pumpkin juice have any alcohol? I don't know. Will it solve all of your problems? Probably not. Is it only 5 bucks? You bet it is!!

Came in with my kids and had a trio platter, which is a great steal by the way and order the house Chianti, which is amazing. The portraits really brought such a nice environment into the restaurant … Thank you Gisela for your hard work !

My experience was great from the host to the server, the food and the environment. Everyone was amazing and pleasant. Our server Gisela had great customer service skills and hospitality. She did amazing serving our party. She was very professional and helpful. She made the experience overall amazing. The food was amazing as well. The portions are big, great for sharing. I even had leftovers to take home. Definitely recommend this restaurant very family oriented. I will definitely be coming back!

I had a very bad experience with an order for my daughter's birthday party. I ordered through the website almost 2 weeks ahead for the large portions to be delivered when delivery opens for a brunch party. Day of, 30 min before guests arrived, I got a message that my order was cancelled. When I called the restaurant they informed me door dash cancelled the order because the driver arrived early/before they opened and said I need to reorder through the door dash app...but I ordered through them and they are the ones who use door dash as a service. They could not re-place the order for me over the phone. It was SUPER INCONVENIENT to do this at a time where I was finishing party setup. I only proceeded to order from them again because it was my fastest option instead of figuring out a different place. The food then showed up two hours after my original delivery time from the original pre-planned order. It showed up WITHOUT the serving utensils and plates I added at no charge, again as you'd imagine inconvenient. And the bread provided was hard as a rock. Will not order from here again. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING!

Update: I had to dispute the original order that was cancelled today through my credit card. So frustrating!

I had the most delightful experience at bucca di beppo thanks to our server Ashlyana. Not only was she incredibly accommodating and patient, but her sweet demeanor added an extra layer of warmth to our dining experience. The food was ok i rate the food a 8/10. Our server is really what made our experience good, her impeccable service truly made it a memorable evening. 10/10 would recommend!

Our server Gisela was great. The manager Joshua was none to helpful. It took more than 90 minutes to get our food because the tape in the order machine ran out and no one checked it. I’m from a family of cooks and the sausage and chicken tasted freezer burned. The server was too kind. It’s a shame she didn’t get the support she needed from her manager. We are still sitting in the restaurant and the manager has yet to address the issue with the delay in receiving our food. The manager needs to be trained and needs an attitude check. He needs to be trained. He offered to accommodate one of our meals with a lunch portion. We paid for a dinner portion.

Good first experience here. Dayana was so helpful. Will definitely come back and give another try. The staff was very nice. We probably won't come back with the toddlers, too many naked pictures all over the restaurant and bathrooms. We had to wait a while for the food, which we understood since it was mother's day. The manager came by acknowledging the issue and rectified the situation.
