This burger King is nice and located in a food court with other good fast food places to eat at. There is still a drive through only for the burger King. The dine in area is large, clean with TV screens and the bathrooms are pretty clean as well.

Cashier acted tired or like she didn't want to do her job. I don't like to stay in places where I don't feel welcome, specially if I'm paying for service, so I just turned around and left to spend my money somewhere else.

So I came here today because the Whopper Juniors were two for $5. So I ordered four. And then I see they charged me almost $17. So when I showed my receipt to the attendant at the window, she stated that I was supposed to specifically ask for the special price. And if you don't ask for the special price, they just charge you regular price. That really doesn't make sense to me, maybe I'm missing something here. But, when I go to the grocery store, and something is on sale, if I take it to the register, I don't have to tell the employee at the register to charge me the sale price. So I'm confused

UNBELIEVABLE!.
A moment ago I went to BK and when I wanted to pay with my google pay, the cashier tells me that the terminal doesn't work and needs to take my phone to the back of the store because only there they have the TERMINAL THAT WORKS, on top of that she wanted me to unlock my bank account so she could access my card linked to google pay šµāš« and when I refused to unlock my account, she said that if I didn't have the physical card I couldn't pay for my order, BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PERSON. Who in their right mind is going to give them the unlocked bank account so that she can take your phone to the back of the establishment š SHAMELESS.

Just bad customer service. Also when they āfixedā my order they left an item out i had purchased. Going to have to dispute this transaction because the window girl has a hearing and an attitude problem.

Came on 12/21 around 12:20pm, the Hispanic girl taking my order was truly very rude, the service was horrible , and they were flat out disrespectful, super rude and slow here, I donāt normally write reviews but felt the need to. Would avoid this location at all costs

On today 12/19/2024 btw the hours 3pm - 430p I went inside bc the drive thru was taking too long I sat for about 20mins. Decided to go inside to order. I went to order Medium fries. The cashier seem new and could find the how to ring up āSmall friesā, when I said āmed friesā. He calls over a manager. She goes you want a whopper and drink. I repeated and said No. just a āMed Friesā. She repeats āsmall fire, whooper and drinkā. NO! just Med fries no drink or whooper.
A customer comes in and complains that her order was wrong. The manager stop assisting me to help the other customer. After she does that. She said so you want āsmall fries , whooper and drinkā. I said never mind and I walked out never to return to this unprofessional Burger King and the management SUCKS!!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BURGER KING !

Those people are not serious! Either the drive thru device is bad or they have hearing problems! They must urgently improve customer service!

While I already knew that their food would be quite far from healthy, I was disappointed by how long their drive thru line took. I was purchasing a meal for my brother, who does eat Burger King, and while there were only 3 cars in front of me, it took about 30 minutes. Next time, Iāll be walking in to order. My brother loves the food, but I wonāt be commenting on it.
