They have other places to eat so this review is for riviano's and JoJo's owned by same people. Riviano's is a hit or miss and jo jos they don't listen well when giving your order. Probably due to language barrier. I asked for a single slice of pizza and this is what I got and they charged me for$ 12 and some change. Food is good for the most part. The service was awful . I took my family out for dinner . The cashier who happened to one of the managers was told what we wanted on our daughterâs sandwiches from the kids menu . When we received our food the sandwiches had one tomato and the other was plain . I went back to inform her and she then said the sandwich donât come with anything on them. I asked why you didnât explain this when we ordered. She then said I had to pay 30 cents if I wanted lettuce . I explain I feel would shouldnât have to pay because that should have been explained at the purchase when requested it . So over 30cents I will not ever purchase Burger King .
This BK on Shady Grove Rd consistently provides products freshly made and delivered expediently. The staff smiles all the time as if they are enjoying their work. I make it a point to visit the BK on Shady Grove Rd rather than a closer restaurant.
