I've checked on Google to be able to get Burger King's headquarters number. Well they list three different numbers but guess what all of them are by machines you're not even able to speak to a human being. Obviously with the bad experience that I had at the store when I said I was calling management they understood I wasn't going to get through to anybody and that's I'm assuming that's why they have to not care because if you go on and you look at that Burger King and the reviews 99% of their views is a mess. This is terribly sad to me that this kind of behavior is accepted and that the management is not responsible because they don't even have a phone number you can speak to a human being that is extremely disgusting to me.

We were just served bread with several mold spots, on it. The manager was dismissive when my wife returned to complain. He took the sandwich the receipt and never returned to the front of the store to replace or give us out money back. All he kept doing was being condescending. “Sorry baby” “I can’t help without a receipt sweetie”.The only reason we found out was our daughter threw up after eating her sandwich, my wife checked hers and found the mold! No one has accepted responsibility, apologized and or contacted us.

I was just refused service at the valley mall restaurant because I wasn't in a car . They had the lobby doors locked and it said ' sanitizing ' .the manger asked if i wanted to come in and cook food as she only had 2 people working . the hagerstown valley mall store is the worse burger king i have ever been in , we have cruise ins there every saturday night , its always hot every summer , service is the worse . they should just shut it down .
