Horrible service. Went with my friend for dinner tonight. Waited 10 mins to get seated when the resturant wasn’t basically empty. Then a waiter didn’t even come to our table we were there for over 40 minutes just waiting. Half way throughout waiting even ask the host to get a server to come to our table and still never showed up after 10 mins. Walked out in the end. Never come here I believe they did this cause we were teenagers. As the adults who got sat right after us had a waiter.

Good pizzas and pastas. Service was good and everything came out pretty fast. Pasta could use more noodles but flavor wise was good. This is my 3rd time eating here and they never miss. The other CPK branches i went to were mid compared to here.

The food was delicious. The service was poor. Very slow, and inattentive! There was a big group of children, under 12. They were obnoxious and running all over the restaurant, yelling, climbing all the booths. The adults did nothing and the management did nothing for 20 minutes. The manager told the children to sit down but they did not. Also, other wait staff bused tables with one hand and held food to deliver to a table with the other. There was a server who was wearing a mask with her nose exposed, serving food and waiting on people. The food is overpriced although so tasty. It is not good enough to come back to this location!

At this CPK, first we had the Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower, the NEW Crispy Chinese Dumpling Salad and Steak House Salad, and Salmon Fettuccine Piccata, finally the Upside Down Cheesecake for dessert. This was a very good feast!

Don't hover over your guest as you wait for them to leave your tip % on the portable payment device.

First time into a California pizza kitchen and I will definitely be back. The moment I walked in I felt welcomed and the restaurant is beautiful, clean and well maintained. My waitress drea was awesome! She was very attentive and polite and friendly! She recommended the Burt ends bbq pizza for a pizza connoisseur like me and it was delicious! A little pricy but that’s for the bbq which is expensive its self. The pizza came out fast and I got real grated Parmesan cheese to top it with! Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back when in the area and hope to see drea again!

The place could use a bit of a deep cleaning. Don't look up or you'll see what appears to be mold or mildew on the vents.
The place seemed very clean. Atmosphere was nice. Fabulous was our waiter. Before ordering, I asked the waiter if I could get plan guacamole without corn. She told me yes. Well she brought it out with corn. I mentioned it to her and she apologized and said they will fix it. Presentation is everything, instead of her taking the entire dish bac to fix it and bring the dish back out so the presentation of it looks enticing, she stuck her finger in the bowl of guacamole and took it back to swap it out. Only to come back out with corn still in it. It seemed as if there is a language barrier and a disconnect hich made it difficult to communicate my order. I am not sure if the disconnect was with the waiter communicating with me or the waiter communicating to the back or both.
It is nice e when the waiters anticipate the customer needs. My husband 1 refill in before the food comes, it would have been nice if she just got the refill, instead of waiting to come over and ask then take the cup. Maybe she was trying to save time on not washing glasses. But saving time with the customer is most important.
The Caesar Salad was delicious, pizza was awesome and the butter cake was AMAZING.
I would go again but will stick to the basics.

We came here last year for my daughter birthday but the service awful. We came today again my daughter wanted California pizza, this time nobody came to welcome us, we waited for 6 minutes then we have to lieve i feel sorry for my daughter birthday again
