Found them at the brookeville beer festival. Now when I tell you grilled cheese is my favorite, its my favorite. I was super excited to order a spicy bacon until I actually got it and it was more arugula and tomato than anything else. There was maybe one slice of bacon and all I tasted was green. I'm hoping this is not an indication of all trucks and maybe just a shortage in bacon? Tip: add more meat immediately. I ate it because I wanna starving, the bread was so crunchy and buttery that it made it worthwhile but. Could have paid less money if I knew spicy bacon referred to one piece. Please don't disappoint me.

They were two hours late, and the only guy working was exceptionally slow. Still taking orders, not preparing any. Slow. Like, MVA slow. Can't speak to the quality of the food because I'm still waiting...and waiting...and waiting.

Checked these guys out at The Lights Fest in PA. It was nice to support a DMV business on our brief road trip. The food was pretty epic! I ordered the Pizza Grilled Cheese. The concept, although foreign to a Grilled Cheese purist like myself, delivered a simply delicious bite of pepperoni pizza sandwiched in perfectly grilled, buttered bread. It was such an indulgence!!! I mean it! The Cheezy Cubano, their spin on the traditional, was also quite good. The bun it was served on was soft and yummy, even on its own. I believe my total was about $25.00. Not bad! The food was so good, I hope to see them back home for the Pizza Grilled Cheese.
