I ordered online. When I went in at the estimated time for my food to be ready, it wasn’t. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, a worker checked again, still it wasn’t ready. 10 minutes later, they ask for the name, saying they don’t have it, so I showed them the app confirmation and email confirmation. Still, I hadn’t received my food, and the workers were not doing much to help me. When I finally received my food, and entire 25 minutes after the estimated time for it to be ready, I took it and went home. When home, I realized they added multiple toppings onto my bowl which I had not ordered. Horrible experience, waste of time, terrible service, nothing you would expect considering there were about 15 workers in there.

You say Chipotole, I say Chipotley... Consistently consistent, courteous, clean, fresh and fast. High turnover is a bit concerning.

Food great need to know what you want because they move the line very quickly which is great. However it's so noisy and heavy accent couldn't hear clearly I end up with something on my bowl that I normally put on side. The restaurants was messy drink station and seating area.

Hello, our experience at your restaurant with children was a bit challenging. The staff seemed impatient when kids were placing their orders, and it felt like they were rushing them. Also, there wasn’t enough explanation about which dishes are spicy and which are kid-friendly, so children didn’t have enough time to choose. We hope that with a little more patience and guidance, you can create a better experience for families and young customers.
