All Three Orders Had Only 3–4 Pieces of Meat
I ordered from Chipotle through Uber Eats and this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. All three of my orders came with only 3–4 small pieces of meat each. It’s unbelievable.
It truly feels like they give extremely small portions to Uber Eats customers, even though we pay more because of delivery and service fees. This is not acceptable and not the quality or portion size I paid for.
Very poor service and definitely not a good look for Chipotle. They need to be consistent with their portions and stop shortchanging delivery customers.

They’re supposed be opened at 10:45 but when you get at that time is still closed. And then when I tried to pay with cash the lady was mad and told me that I had to wait to open the register. And gave an attitude it was the manager.
Never ordering again from this location. They ALWAYS mess up my order.

I am a Chipotle lover,but when we went to this Chipotle,my son asked for avacado and they served us brown avacado,before I could say never mind they for once gave us a huge scoop of it. Wow. Just wow.

Staff seem nice but if you order online it’s never on time and you have to watch people walk in and get their food while you wait. What’s the point?

This particular location always messes up on online orders. They never read the order completely and forget sides or ingredients. Don’t recommend getting take out ever. Better to go in yourself to make sure they do it right.

The guy that was giving my food was stingy with the portions. I kept telling him to give me more as well. But the guy at the register was so sweet……… my bowl is toooooo salty

I’ve been to this Rio all my life and has got many burritos. I got double meat, double rice & double tortilla. I know it’s not also easy but this is unacceptable. Spent $16 dollars on this. Please do better.

I came in to get a gift card. There were 2 people in line; a guy and myself. As soon the young lady at the counter was finished with him she looked me right in my face and turned around and left the register. Never said a word. I was shocked and even her co-worker was surprised.
On top of that, the food area was extremely messy with different food items spilling all over the counter and into other items.
Needless to say, I didn't purchase the gift card and I would not eat at this location; very poor customer service and unclean.

Usually love Chipotle. Had a steak burrito. No idea what happened, somebody must've poured extra bucket of salt in some of the ingredients. Crazy salty today!!!! I know my tongue will exist extra hundred yrs after I'm long gone!!
