Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have eaten at 40+ chipotle’s and this was the smallest burrito Out of any of the chipotle’s They were rude. They barely acknowledge me. The chicken was not the number of ounces that it was supposed to be. The corporate office should do an audit what is going in the burrito? I think they call it kitchen coordinator, quality, control, or something. The place was completely empty and it was just after the lunchtime around 130 . I’m guessing that other people might know as well.

I don't understand why so many people are angry at this location, been going to this one for 6 years and never had any issue. Could be all the snobby rich people expecting mountains of food in their bowl for about $12. Honestly those complaining are atrocious human beings <3 Keep up the good work here guys!

Chipotle has been infamous for skimping out on the meats, but the hispanic ladies working at this location was extra frugal with the portions like it's coming out of their paychecks. I asked for a little more steak and then find out she charged me double scoop for it, then I tell them I didn't hear her say double portion not to mention how she didn't even full scoop the second one. They told me they would remake my entire order just because they gave me a little extra meat LOL so they would rather waste an entire bowl just because they put in a little extra meat.
I hope the corporate sees this as a lesson to why millennials, myself including, have stopped going to Chipotle. I won't come back, probably not for a long time.

Bad service. At 11:19 am today I had a bad experience. I ordered a bowl and some chips and when I wanted to use my rewards for the chips an employee told me that I had already charged and that I had to pay for everything.

Vegetarian options: So I went there to get my two vegetarian bowls and as like always I order three things on side. Also got side of chips and it seems like employee didn’t like it when I said on side. They made weird faces and didn’t let me use my rewards. Also when I was paying they made weird face. And I didn’t feel like coming back here. I feel like that didnt like that I order bowl and asked three things on side. I wouldn’t mind paying extra. It’s the way I get it all the time.

The Gaithersburg chipotle messed up my order, but the Rio chipotle crew got it perfect and a little more. They saved my dinner. Will come back to Rio chipotle.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. I doordashed a burrito bowl and they didn’t give my driver the sprite. When I got my food it barely had any chicken or beans. The rice was watery?? and the chips were stale. They were stingy on all the ingredients except the gross rice. Not exaggerating but I had maybe 10 pieces of crumb chicken.

Here for work and didn’t have time to go elsewhere so it ended up a waste. Disappointed.

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!! I decided to give this location another chance since its close to home... The workers acted as if they couldn't speak any English and seemed to be nicer to the Spanish speaking customers. The manager was rude when I asked a simple question due to my order being wrong. I decided to go to another location where i was treated 100% better.

Third time they sent me an incomplete order. When I asked the person who took the order what happened to the chips, he replied that he didn't know anything and that I would call to ask. And I don't know if it was my anger, but the burrito is very salty.

Terrible experience. Do not go here. I wanted to use my guac coupon and they said they don't have any. Ok, that's fine. Then I ask for a cup for water. They said they don't have water?
How do you not have water? Ridiculous. Chips were stale and food was cold. I don't know if they were lying to purposefully not give out water cups but having no water is unacceptable

And we here a few times a week and never ever have we encountered this… Ridiculously sad!
Not to mention when I asked for a little more, the lady rudely looked and said with attitude, “ so you wanna pay for extra” I thought extra…. You have to first give me something to claim extra in… The scale and level of service is really decreasing..;-(

I’m genuinely not even exaggerating when I give this one star. I’ve seen the memes and the rumors of how Stingy chipotle can be… but I swear to god I’ve never gotten portions so small. I waited almost an hour for there to be NOTHING in my bowl. This is terrible I only ate it because I waited so long and was starving. This is MY WORST EXPERIENCE at any chipotle. It took everything in me not to go in there and throw my bowl back into the kitchen. Thanks for scamming me.

The food is always fresh 😋 and instantly good, excellent service. And those toasts are super delicious, wow, super tasty, and the cheese with guacamole.

The Rio location in Gaithersburg is the worst. They are consistently getting orders wrong. I avoid ordering at this specific location but I accidentally ended up here. Placed an order for my son, went all the way home just to discover the order is completely wrong. I mean not even close. Had to go back to store to get right order, Manager said all they could do is make it right the second time or get a refund. They could have at least given me an order of chips for my time but no.

I ordered take out from this restaurant. I was allergic to dairy so my order has no cheese toppings. However, when I got my food home, cheese were sprinkled all over the dish. I returned the food and got a replacement. The replacement turned out so salty that I could.not swallow it. I will not go to this chipotle any more.
