Utterly ridiculous restaurant, people over the counter are very rude and less interested in working, i have visited this restaurant multiple times for the food but the staff makes me feel bad very annoying answers and not responsible at all!

Another encounter i had today, i have ordered food online and food items were available and after waiting for an hour they made it unavailable and cancelled my order and didn’t even inform me that food isn’t available or asked for replacement i was literally very hungry and waiting for my order and after an hour they cancelled it! Very very disappointed and frustrating!

Chopathi management if you are looking at this!! You need to act and change things at Gaithersburg location!!!

They were out of all but 3 options on their menu. Our dosas were very clearly burnt. However, they did remake them. The dosas only came with 2 chutneys, which was disappointing. Very mediocre for the price.

I literally had to request my dosa to be replaced since they burnt the first one pretty bad. The replacement was pretty average taste as well. The unfortunate thing was that the rava dosa came with no sambar. The chai was good though.

I got a paneer bowl with vindaloo sauce and all of the veggies. It was delicious, had plenty of paneer, and it was enough for two portions. My partner got paneer tikka masala. She also got plenty of paneer. Even though she ordered mild, it was pretty spicy.The only issue is that the tables were not clean, so we had to wipe our own table.

They do not make fresh garlic naan. Naan is coming straight from the freezer

This place is good for Indian cuisine and have been visiting it frequently over the last 2 years. Prices are reasonable too compared to other Indian restaurants especially considering Post pandemic.

Amazing food! Ignore the negative reviews. Try it out for yourself! My boyfriend ordered a bunch of dishes from here, and I had ordered from the Wendy's in the same shopping plaza. I ended up eating most of his food! It smelled sooooo good in the car ride home. Perfectly seasoned and just enough kick!

Food is good but who cares when customer service is horrible . They don't turn on heat during crazy winters for old couple and or families visit . Seriously . No heat inside the restaurant during winters. Are you kidding me..Looks like health inspections need to be done regularly and rigourously in such restaurants. Bad very bad. Would never return..

My family n I been eating yummy food here. We love the dosas there. N idly N chicken 65 is yummy There service is good too. The staff are very professional n friendly. I still have to try the biryani. Me n my family go eat there once a week

I have eaten here more than 20 times. Delicious food. I like the Dosas, chicken 65, chili paneer and pununglu the most. Rava dosa with on request onions n green chili my fave. I love this place as I keep coming again and again. I live far away or else I’d be there most of the time. My wife likes the idli and masala dosa the best.
