Chopin Noodle House is a real gem! The noodles are handmade and have an incredible texture—perfectly chewy and satisfying. I tried the A2 Traditional Beef Soup, and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich, flavorful, and had just the right amount of spice. Compared to other noodle places, the quality here really stands out, especially considering the very reasonable prices.

Various musical instruments adorn the walls, with a working piano in the back of the small restaurant. The noodle soups are the best in Western MD for sure. We just moved here from central CA and this is certainly the most authentic and reasonably priced Chinese restaurant in the area. Stick to your spice level as the “chili pepper” symbols are accurate. Fun note: the chopsticks are imported from a Russian company. #1 and #7 are great choices to test the different soup broths...

The noodles were al dente and the broth was flavored just right. I read the review about the tofu and Thousands Year Egg in spicy sauce and tried it. Loved the dish. It was simple, but hit the spot. The tofu was silky and the eggs did not have a strong flavor which can be hard to eat for first timers. There were a lot of meats in the bowls. We had to take home some.
