Horrible! I ordered 2 Cobb salads. First off, they are out of tomato. How are you out of tomato when you are basically across the street from Giant and Whole Foods? Second, my salad didn’t have any avocado, very little chicken and was basically a bowl of lettuce. I was trying to give a second chance to this location, but never again. They did refund me one salad, but even still, what a disappointment.

absolutely disappointed that this is the second time I've ordered a salad from them for delivery and they put no dressing on my salad. they don't follow the order notes either but the main thing is a salad having no dressing. they didn't even include it on the side it just wasn't included at all and I don't understand how that mistake can be made unless you are half-assing.
and then don't bother trying to call to complain because nobody answers the phone and you just are on hold for minutes.
Love their chopped salads and extensive menu with numerous options. Everything is super fresh and my fav is the mexican Cesar with grilled chicken. Nothing special about eating it there as I usually do takeout. Oh get the bread, it's free and delicious.

I got the Mediterranean Tahini Bowl with Cauliflower Rice! This is the only nearby place I know that serves cauliflower rice! Best bowl I have ever had!!!

Order took 25mins to pickup AFTER my pickup time. Was told they had a big party order behind me, but my order was placed an hour in advance. Also people were easily coming in, ordering, and on their way out. As I stood there waiting for 25minutes.

This review is all for Ana the manager at this Chopt. Since the moment that we walked in she greeted us with a big smile and sincere voice. When we got to the line she was taking care of two customers ahead of us and she was efficient, friendly and happy helping people. My daughter customized her salad and did not know which dressing to get, and Ana let her taste some dressings in a to go little cup…Ana got busy and kept the good attitude and smile.
